On Monday, Rita Ora and her husband Taika Waititi were seen looking lovestruck while wearing matching outfits, as Rita offered a peek into their romantic evenings together by sharing an album.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’d put it this way: At 34, I found myself admitting openly on Instagram that a 49-year-old filmmaker holds a special place in my heart – a testament to the unexpected twists and turns of life and love.

In one snap, Rita and Taika linked arms as they went for a stroll wearing yellow and pink caps.

In a different scenario, she appeared relaxed with the star. Donning yellow shades and red shorts, she posed for a mirror selfie that also captured her spouse casually rolling up the legs of his jeans.

In the latter part of our evening rendezvous, I snapped a candid shot of my partner, casually adorned in a pristine white tee, seated comfortably at our dining table in a charming eatery.

To conclude their evening, Taika appeared slightly more refined in a black polo shirt, and Rita secretly snapped a photo of him as they savored a romantic dinner together.

Alongside the snaps, she penned: ‘My heart. I love you. ❤️’   

Back in the sweltering summer of 2022, I was beyond thrilled when my beloved, Rita, dared to break convention and surprise me with a proposal! And wouldn’t you know it, we exchanged our heartfelt vows in a clandestine ceremony that same month.

The couple didn’t announce their intimate Los Angeles wedding until a year had passed, as Rita shared with Grazia that it was spontaneous and unplanned.

After several turbulent years filled with unsuitable relationships during her chaotic twenties, Rita expressed that connecting with Taika felt both comfortable and appropriate.

Looking back at her past, she shared with the publication last year: ‘To put it mildly, my romantic history has been vibrant. Yet, isn’t it unfortunate that we have the freedom to choose our own paths in love?’

She mentioned: I felt constantly drowsy during my twenties. I longed for a state of being alert and for my mind to be fully functional.

Rita added: “It bothers me when individuals offload excessive responsibility onto others to achieve their desired emotional state.

‘That’s a disaster, a car crash. You’ll always be unsatisfied, I was that person.’

Rita and Taika began dating back in March 2021; however, it wasn’t until August of the same year that they made their relationship official. Before becoming romantically involved, these two had been good friends for a full five years.

Before Taika, Rita romanced a string of big names, starting back in her pre-fame years.

Prior to achieving fame, Rita had a romance with Bruno Mars when she was 18 years old. Later, she expressed that it was love at first sight for her.

2009 marked the year when our paths crossed. At that time, I was just embarking on my journey with Roc Nation, while Bruno Mars, as you may recall, was also relatively unestablished – he was, in fact, a budding songwriter brought on board to help me create music.

Following a two-month fling with reality TV personality Rob Kardashian towards the end of 2012, Bruno, the singer, called off their relationship because of conflicting schedules and unsuitable lifestyles, primarily due to her demanding work commitments.

Afterward, she found herself in well-known romances involving figures such as DJ Calvin Harris, musician Andrew Watt, and Ricky (son of designer Tommy Hilfiger).
