RITA ORA QUITS KATE MOSS AGENCY

It’s said that Rita Ora has ended her partnership with Kate Moss’s modeling agency, making her the most recent notable figure to leave the company following a seven-year stint.

In 2018, the renowned “Poison” singer, aged 34, linked up with her friend’s management company. However, it is rumored that she is planning to part ways with them, as she aims to pursue international business partnerships instead.

As reported by The Sun, Rita has plans for global expansion following her signing with prominent U.S. agency Range Media in October.

A source close to the situation shared with the outlet: “Rita and Kate remain friends, yet they’ve decided it’s best for each of them to independently pursue their business ventures.

Rita has recently become represented by Range for her entire professional spectrum, encompassing her music, acting roles for films and television, as well as endorsement agreements.

As a die-hard admirer, I can certainly understand why Rita decided to cut ties with the Kate Moss Agency and consolidate all her business ventures under one roof. It just seemed like a logical move for her career growth!

According to the source, it was shared that Kate played an important role as a guide for Rita, providing her with invaluable knowledge and insights she gathered from her career in modeling.

TopMob had contacted Kate and Rita’s representatives for comment.

Prior to signing with Kate, Rita was signed to Next models, who she had been with for six years.

Additionally, the granddaughter of Rolling Stones icon Keith Richards, Ella Richards, is no longer listed on Kate’s talent management site as well.

Ella, the goddaughter of Kate, is at present in a relationship with photographer Sascha Von Bismarck, who happens to be the sibling of Kate’s former boyfriend, nobleman Nikolai Von Bismarck.

Kate has accumulated millions in earnings through her modeling agency that manages talent such as her daughter Lila.

In September 2016, the supermodel established her talent agency, and financial reports from 2024 showed a massive income generated by her company, primarily due to the success of Kate’s operations.

Fashionista Kate’s company brought in £4.3million in profits, including £831,000 earned in 2023.

By July 31, 2023, the total value of the agency’s assets amounted to approximately £5.9 million. This figure encompassed £2.6 million that was held as cash.

The company had a debt of 1.5 million pounds in outstanding bills, but it only had 13 pounds in bank loans and overdrafts. As a result, the net assets increased from 3.5 million pounds in July 2022 to 4.31 million pounds.

The company’s total bills amounted to 1.5 million pounds, while its bank loans and overdrafts were only 13 pounds. Despite this, the company managed to boost its net assets from 3.5 million pounds in July 2022 to a current value of 4.31 million pounds.

A source told The Sun: ‘Kate started the business at the time Lila was starting to model.

As I found myself evolving personally, so too did my esteemed friend Kate. Instead of continuing her famed social escapades, she chose to redefine her lifestyle.

This change mirrored a similar transformation I was experiencing in my own life. It’s always fascinating to witness the adaptability and growth that individuals display when they decide to make positive changes.

‘So it has been a roaring success and she has other high-profile stars on the books.

Kate possesses a wealth of knowledge from her time in the industry, which she skillfully utilizes in her area of expertise – modeling.

TopMob contacted a representative for Kate for comment at the time.

Previously, it was discovered that Kate nearly tripled the earnings for the group of young models under her modeling agency.

2023 reports indicated that for trade creditors, there was a debt of £2,123,670 owed from the 2022 model purchases, compared to £813,929 owed in 2021.

On her company website, it is stated about her youthful abilities: “I prefer to concentrate on guiding people’s careers rather than merely operating an agency.
