Rita Ora stunned in six different glamorous outfits while hosting Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin‘ Eve on Wednesday night.
The 35-year-old singer co-hosted the annual New Year’s Eve celebration in Times Square with Ryan Seacrest for the third year in a row, broadcasting to viewers in New York.
As 2025 came to a close, Rita stepped out into the frigid weather looking fashionable in a variety of outfits, including fur coats, leopard print, and a sleek black leather ensemble.
Rita turned heads in Midtown with her stylish outfit: a short, lilac satin dress featuring a see-through lace bodice.
The singer, known for her song “Poison,” looked taller thanks to a pair of high pink heels and stayed warm in a long fur coat.
She completed her look with a bold gold heart necklace and carried her things in a sleek blue satin handbag.

When it was time to go backstage, Rita attempted to blend in by wearing a camouflage hoodie, a grey scarf, and sunglasses.
She stayed cozy in black sweatpants and sneakers, topping it off with a long, fur-lined coat.
The show began at 8pm EST with Rita making a stylish entrance in a beautiful white outfit. She joined her co-host, Ryan, on stage.
The singer looked stunning in a coordinated outfit: a roll neck sweater and trousers, topped with a matching coat and a cozy, draped knitted scarf.
Rita styled her blonde hair in waves and completed her look with white boots, white leather gloves, and bold silver earrings.
Rita and Ryan excitedly put on their yellow baseball uniforms, eager to dance with the Savannah Bananas team when they came to perform.
As the evening went on, the singer of “I Will Never Let You Down” traded her coat for a striking, long leopard-print fur jacket, completing the look with red lipstick and gold earrings.
I love how Rita finished her look! She layered a cozy black jumper and boots, then really pulled it all together with a fabulous white fur coat. To define her waist and add a bit of edge, she topped it off with a chunky black belt – such a chic and easy way to elevate an outfit!

She even mixed up her hairstyles and swapped her stylish waved do for a sleek updo.
To celebrate the new year, Rita chose a cool and modern outfit: a black leather bomber jacket paired with straight-leg black trousers.
She paired a leather outfit with white heeled boots while co-hosting with Ryan, who looked sharp in a tuxedo featuring a red velvet jacket.
Diana Ross kicked off the new year with a headlining performance in Times Square, joined by artists like Post Malone, Demi Lovato, and Chappell Roan, among others.
Rita has been turning heads in New York City all week with her stunning winter outfits.
Recent financial reports reveal Rita is earning substantial income from her television work, music, and profitable advertising partnerships.
Recent financial documents from Ora Live and Ora Multi Services reveal that Rita earned a remarkable £4.8 million in profit over the past year.
That amounts to an impressive £13,000 per day throughout the year leading up to April, which is more than twice the £2.3 million she earned the previous year, as reported by The Sun.
These companies manage all aspects of Rita’s career, including her music, concerts, television appearances, and other projects. They have consistently generated substantial income and built up considerable wealth over time.
Ora Live focuses on performances while Ora Multi Services covers broader business activities.

Rita’s recent financial gains have increased her estimated net worth to £31 million.
Rita has worked extensively on television, including as a judge and coach on popular shows like The Voice UK, The X Factor, and both the UK and US versions of The Masked Singer.
She has also acted in films like Kung Fu Panda: Dragon Knight and Fifty Shades franchise.
Rita’s worked with a wide range of brands, including Adidas, Primark, and Escada in fashion; Rimmel in beauty; Próspero Tequila and Coca-Cola Zero Sugar for drinks; and various names in entertainment.
Okay, so she said she doesn’t want to be just a musician, which, honestly, I already knew she was capable of SO much more! I was reading about her speaking at this film festival in Saudi Arabia last week – The Red Sea International Film Festival – and she was talking about empowering women, and it just… clicked. It’s like she’s always been about breaking boundaries, and this is proof she’s not going to let anyone box her in. I’m obsessed, seriously!
While at the Women In Cinema event in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the singer shared with the Daily Mail that she’s still growing and challenging expectations.
She shared that she doesn’t want to be seen as just a musician, explaining that people often unnecessarily restrict themselves to a single label.
I consider myself a lifelong learner, always picking up new things. And remember, you should always recognize your own strength and influence – never underestimate what you bring to the table.
