The popular murder-mystery series I, Jack Wright, created by the writer of Unforgotten, Chris Lang, is moving to the BBC. All six episodes from the first season will be available on BBC iPlayer and BBC One later this year, with the second season coming after that.

Featuring Nikki Amuka-Bird as Sally Wright, a wife dealing with loss, I, Jack Wright is a fast-paced mystery revolving around the death of businessman Jack Wright (played by Trevor Eve). Initially believed to have taken his own life, his death deeply impacts his family and raises many questions.
When Jack Wright’s will is revealed after his death, his family’s grief quickly turns into conflict as they begin to argue over his inheritance. His wife, former wives, and children all compete for a share of his estate.
