Riot Games and more announce new Arcane art book

Riot Games, Fortiche, and Insight Editions are thrilled to reveal the release of a new book that delves into the artistic and storytelling origins of the hit show, “Arcane.” Here’s what you need to know about “The Art and Making of Arcane.”

The book “The Art and Making of Arcane,” penned by Elisabeth Vincentelli, is scheduled for publication on December 31, 2024. This captivating publication provides an in-depth look at the artistic processes behind Seasons 1 and 2 of Arcane. As announced officially, this book includes exclusive artwork and interviews that devoted fans have yet to discover.

Some interviews include conversations with Christian Linke and Alex Yee, who were involved in creating Arcane, as well as Pascal Charrue and Arnaud Delord, who supervise the project’s direction, and the heads of Fortiche. (Or: Interviews feature Christian Linke and Alex Yee, co-creators of Arcane, along with supervising directors Pascal Charrue and Arnaud Delord, and the leading figures at Fortiche.)

The Art and Making of Arcane editions

The book comes in various versions: the Artifact Edition, Portfolio Edition, and Regular Edition. Each version of The Art and Making of Arcane comes with additional items such as a Jinx poster, Vander’s letter, a Piltover map, expandable spreads, among other bonuses.

While the Artifact Edition and Portfolio Edition offer unique bonus items like tarot cards, prints, autographs, a vinyl album, statues, and bookends, it is important to mention that there exists an exclusive Jinx Edition. Be advised, though, that there are only 40 units available for this particular edition.
