In the heat of my fervent devotion, I found myself on the edge of my seat as news broke about Naussau Investments trying to seize Graceland due to unpaid loans, a decision fiercely opposed by none other than the King himself, Presley’s family. Yet, just as a swift gust of wind halts a dance routine mid-spin, the Tennessee courts intervened, putting a halt to this potential foreclosure sale on hallowed ground.
After Lisa Marie’s passing, Riley, her eldest child and heir, took over as the single trustee of the Promenade Trust, which safeguards the possessions of Elvis’s inheritance. Subsequently, she filed a lawsuit alleging fraud against someone or some party.
In her court case, she claimed that her deceased mother had not borrowed money from Naussany Investments, and asserted that Lisa Marie’s name was fraudulently signed on any related documents.
Following a court decision in Tennessee, where it was confirmed that Naussany Investments falsified a signature, it came to light that an individual associated with the company admitted to operating as a Nigerian fraudster.
As reported by NBC News, it was in June that Findley became linked to the Graceland plot. At that time, she firmly refuted any claims of being aware of the accusations.

According to reports, an investigation into Naussany Investments uncovered no documentation or proof that the firm had ever been established.
Following the peculiar court case concerning the suspected Nigerian scam network, it was discovered that Findley had a Facebook account with the same name as the company in question, which linked him to the organization.
In June, NBC News reported that they traced a suspected connection back to Findley. They stated that a previous associate of hers, Rasheed Jeremy Carballo, informed the network that Findley disclosed information about a supposed plan to burglarize Presley’s residence.
Towards the close of July, Riley announced his intentions to embark on a book tour, aiming to promote Lisa Marie’s memoir titled “From Here to the Great Unknown”.
In January 2023, when she was 54 years old, following her mother’s death, Riley took on a significant part in finishing the book.
