Riley Keough is seen for first time amid wild claim she is the biological mom of John Travolta’s teenage son

Riley Keough has been seen in public for the first time since being connected to highly publicized and contested allegations concerning the Presley family and John Travolta.

On Thursday, 36-year-old actress and Elvis Presley’s granddaughter was seen grabbing coffee in Thousand Oaks. She dressed down for the outing, wearing a black jacket, light-wash jeans, and sunglasses.

This report follows Priscilla Presley, Elvis’s widow, publicly disputing allegations that her daughter, Keough, is the biological mother of John Travolta’s youngest child.

Priscilla’s ex-business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, are suing her for $50 million, claiming she broke their contract.

A legal dispute within the Presley family has brought up John Travolta’s name. A recently updated lawsuit includes surprising, but unconfirmed, allegations regarding the paternity of his 15-year-old son, whose mother, Kelly Preston, has passed away.

Priscilla’s lawyer stated that Brigitte and those working with her have shown they will go to any lengths, disregarding all ethical boundaries, to continue harming Priscilla Presley and her family.

The remarkable turnaround kept going, with a statement insisting that the new, shocking accusations were completely unrelated to the issues being discussed in court.

A document filed on December 16th and obtained by the Daily Mail identifies Priscilla and her son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, as defendants. The filing contains several serious accusations, which it claims are based on statements made by other people.

It’s claimed that Keough previously donated eggs to John Travolta and Kelly Preston, leading to the birth of their son Ben in 2010. If this is true, it would mean Ben is a great-grandson of Elvis Presley.

There were also claims that Lisa Marie Presley, Keough’s mother who is now deceased, had previously donated eggs to help Preston become pregnant.

The documents often point to Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie’s former husband and the father of her 17-year-old twin daughters Harper and Finley, as the person who made these statements.

The court document claims Lockwood, age 61, stated to Presley’s ex-business partners, the Kruse family, that Preston couldn’t have children naturally, and that Travolta and Preston had previously used eggs from Lisa Marie to conceive.

The complaint lacks medical evidence to back up its claims, and it’s unknown if Lisa Marie ever had a child through the eggs in question.

Lockwood told the Daily Mail he knew nothing about the claims made against him. He called the allegations “crazy” and said he hadn’t heard of them before.

The lawsuit also states that in 2010, a year after their son Jett’s death, John Travolta and his wife contacted the Presleys again. They allegedly claimed Travolta was trying to repair his public image following accusations of sexual misconduct – accusations he has consistently denied.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve been following this case closely, and the latest filings are quite disturbing. They claim John Travolta reportedly rejected Lisa Marie Presley’s eggs for potential use, with the incredibly hurtful suggestion that he didn’t want ‘eggs with heroin’ – a deeply insensitive reference to her struggles with opioid addiction. It’s a truly tragic detail to come to light.

The lawsuit states that Keough supposedly acted as an egg donor, allowing Preston and Travolta to have their third child, Ben, who was born in November 2010 when Preston was 48 years old.

John Travolta and Kelly Preston married in 1991 and had three children: Ella, who is now 25, Benjamin, and their oldest son, Jett. Tragically, Jett passed away in 2009 at the age of 16 following a seizure while the family was vacationing in the Bahamas.

Earlier this year, John Travolta commemorated what would have been his son Jett’s 33rd birthday with a heartfelt Instagram post, writing, ‘Happy birthday Jett – I miss you so much! Love you forever!’

Preston later died in July 2020, two years after being diagnosed with breast cancer.

But the amended complaint does not stop there.

According to the lawsuit, Keough received an old Jaguar and between $10,000 and $20,000 as payment for this arrangement.

Keough married stuntman Ben Smith-Petersen in 2015, and they have two children. Their daughter, Tupelo, was born in 2022, and they welcomed another child via surrogate in 2025.

The updated complaint includes a handwritten note mentioning ‘CA fertility partners,’ ‘Ben Travolta,’ and the statement ‘Kelly Preston carried baby.’

The report also includes a message where someone reportedly calls Ben Travolta Priscilla Presley’s ‘handsome great-grandson’.

The documents suggest this supposed agreement needed approval from the Church of Scientology and that Priscilla Presley was involved in supervising it.

Kruse and Fialko also claim Lockwood intended for the information to be used to reach a settlement benefiting both him and his daughters.

As a longtime follower of this case, I was shocked to read the details in the lawsuit. Apparently, Garcia completely lost it, demanding that the plaintiffs keep John Travolta and Kelly Preston’s son shielded from the media. What’s even crazier is he insisted on being the only male musician involved with the family – the legal papers actually call him ‘the king’! It’s just unbelievable behavior.

Garcia is also accused of allegedly demanding a multi-million-dollar settlement.

The lawyer for both Garcia and Priscilla Presley strongly denied the claims in a statement to the Daily Mail.

Having repeatedly lost legal challenges and failed to get Priscilla Presley’s lawyer, Marty Singer, removed from the case, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and those working with them have shown they will go to any lengths, even disregarding ethical boundaries, to continue harming Priscilla Presley and her family.

Kruse and others have improperly sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant in an attempt to pressure her into taking back her honest and valid statements.

‘These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case.

The behavior of Kruse and Fialko, along with their latest legal team – their fourth set of lawyers – is unacceptable and will be brought up during the court proceedings.

Representatives for Travolta and Keough have not yet responded to requests for comment.

Jordan Matthews, a lawyer with Holtz Matthews LLP representing Kruse and Fialko, issued a statement supporting the revised complaint.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m hearing some really sad news about Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko. Their lawyer, Matthews, shared that they’re absolutely devastated to have to keep amending their complaint – it’s clearly a very difficult situation for them.

People are claiming they committed terrible things, but there’s absolutely no proof to back up these claims. It’s particularly upsetting considering all the effort they put into supporting the Presley family through a very challenging and fractured time.

Matthews stated that all disagreements within the family were worked out after Lisa Marie passed away, with everything finalized and everyone receiving what they were owed, leading to a sense of resolution.

The updated complaint aims to clarify the facts, set the record straight, and demonstrate that all work was completed honestly and with good intentions, according to the statement.

‘Ms Kruse and Mr Fialko remain confident that the truth will prevail.’

The claims about who Garcia’s biological parents are are part of a larger lawsuit brought by Kruse and Fialko. They accuse Garcia of breaking agreements and disrupting business deals that involve the use of Priscilla Presley’s name and image.

Just days after Kruse and Fialko sued Priscilla Presley, alleging misconduct after Lisa Marie’s death, Garcia also faced a lawsuit.

Priscilla Presley has vehemently denied all allegations made by her former associates.
