Rihanna shows off her incredible postpartum figure just four months after giving birth on family yacht trip

Rihanna looked amazing as she displayed her fit physique just four months after giving birth to her third child, during a trip to her home country of Barbados.

Everyone was watching the 37-year-old superstar on Tuesday as she went to Bridgetown for a relaxing family boat trip and some time in the Caribbean sunshine.

Rihanna kept things relaxed for her day on the water, but added a touch of glamour with a stunning Tiffany & Co. bone cuff worth nearly $50,000.

She combined striking jewelry with a rare Jeremy Scott x Longchamp Monster bag and a sleek wetsuit from Abysse. The result was a sporty but elegant outfit that showed off her fit figure.

Rihanna often visits her family with her partner, A$AP Rocky, and their kids. Recently, she was seen with her sons, three-year-old RZA and two-year-old Riot, along with their four-month-old daughter, Rocki.

While sailing on the North Atlantic Ocean, the singer Rihanna was spotted affectionately caring for her children, and was seen resting with her baby, Riot, lying across her chest.

The young child snuggled close to his sister while their older brother playfully bounced between friends and family.

They remained on the boat until past dusk, allowing them to take in a glistening orange sunset.

The singer had a baby, Rocki, on September 13th, and people close to the family say having a daughter has changed things in a wonderful way at home.

A source close to Rihanna shared that she was thrilled to be expecting a daughter, especially after having two boys.

According to a source, she’s very thankful for her three sons, but she was excited to have a daughter to bring some feminine energy into the family. It’s already changed the dynamic in a positive way.

Rihanna recently became emotional when discussing motherhood, enthusiastically sharing how much she loves watching her children grow up in an interview with Extra.

Honestly, it’s been a bit of a shock watching my sons grow up! They’re changing so much, and it’s happening so fast. Their faces are maturing, they’re getting those longer, more defined necks… it’s a whole new phase, and you know what? I absolutely love seeing them become the young men they’re meant to be. It’s a beautiful thing, even if it feels a little strange sometimes!

Rocky expressed his joy at being a father to a daughter, saying he’s ‘happy to be a girl dad’ and playfully calling his baby, Rocki, his ‘baby twin.’

He acknowledged that his older sons sometimes feel a bit jealous of their new baby sister, but emphasized that their home is filled with love.

In a 2023 interview with Vogue, Rihanna called her partner, A$AP Rocky, her “best friend” and shared that being a mother is “everything” to her.

Rihanna described the first few months of motherhood as incredibly challenging, filled with ups and downs. She admitted that giving birth was a shocking experience, saying it felt surreal to go into the hospital pregnant and leave with a newborn.

Okay, so she finally talked about motherhood, and it’s EVERYTHING. She said having her son has completely changed how she sees things, like, made her rethink everything. And honestly? She called being a mom the scariest thing she’s ever done! It’s so real and raw, and it just makes me love her even more that she’s so open about how challenging it is. I always knew she’d be an amazing mom, but hearing her say that? It just hits different.

She expressed that raising a Black son is incredibly daunting, questioning what kind of future he will inherit and worrying about the world he’ll grow up in.

Rihanna says becoming a mother, while difficult, has strengthened her relationship with her partner, A$AP Rocky, describing them as ‘best friends with a baby’.

‘Everything changes when you have a baby but I wouldn’t say it’s done anything but made us closer,’ she added.

She warmly spoke about Rocky’s connection with their son, emphasizing how important his father’s approval is for the little boy and highlighting how close they are.

In 2023, Rihanna surprised fans at the Super Bowl halftime show by revealing she was pregnant with her second child, just nine months after welcoming her first.

In 2024, she spoke to Interview magazine about how ‘COVID sped up’ her relationship with Rocky.

She explained that if the pandemic hadn’t happened, it would have taken them much longer to become comfortable with each other and realize they were ready for the next step.

Rihanna shared that her relationship feels unlike any she’s had before, and she always knew A$AP Rocky would be an amazing father.

The famous singer, who has been in relationships with both Chris Brown and Hassan Jameel before, shared that she’s now trusting in God’s plan and letting things happen naturally. She explained that in the past, she always put a lot of effort into making relationships work, but it still didn’t feel like enough.

You know, there’s something incredibly special about finding someone who truly sees you – who believes in your potential and sees you as a wonderful partner and parent. It’s a deeply validating feeling, and honestly, that’s exactly how I felt about him too. It’s a connection built on genuine admiration and a shared vision for the future.

‘I knew he would be a great dad.’

Rihanna says that becoming a mother is the one thing she always dreamed of. She considers it the most rewarding part of her life so far, and everything else has been a pleasant surprise. When asked if she feels accomplished, she emphasized that motherhood was her primary goal, and she didn’t anticipate how it would happen.

When asked about having children, Rihanna shared that she wants ‘as many as God wills.’
