Four months following the revelation of her pregnancy with their third child, Rihanna and her partner A$AP Rocky (aged 36) had their outing. This significant event occurred during their successful appearance at the Met Gala held in Manhattan.

On Tuesday, she chose a more subdued, all-black outfit for her outing, but added a touch of playfulness with a delicate tutu featuring lace.

Rihanna showcased an interesting outfit consisting of a collarless top that stretched to her thighs and had multiple layers of see-through black tulle, which subtly concealed her growing pregnancy belly.

Instead, she ensured consistency in comfort for the remainder of her attire by donning a coordinated set of black track pants featuring a white stripe along the legs.

Slagen mentioned his strongest suspicions are Rox, Roby, Rio, and Rae. He also hinted that considering Rihanna’s real first name, Robyn, could lead to a clever play on words. ‘Naming a girl Roby or even Ro as a tribute to her own name would be really neat,’ Slagen added.

In July, Rihanna herself has confirmed that the first letter is already chosen.

She shared with Entertainment Tonight that “Regarding our baby’s name, it will always be something starting with ‘R’. This is something Rocky and I never argue about.

The admission makes it clear the tradition that started with RZA and Riot is set to continue.

In a different choice of words, it can be said that Slagen, the creator of “Naming Bebe: An Interactive Guide to Finding a Baby Name You Adore,” is not unique in making assertive predictions.

According to a recent study by VegasInsider, it appears that Rebel is currently leading as a potential choice for Rihanna’s next baby name.

According to a representative, Rihanna and A$AP Rocky didn’t opt for subtle names when naming their first two children. Instead, they chose RZA as a tribute to Wu-Tang Clan, and Riot, a name that boldly stands out in the hip-hop culture.

Two names share similar characteristics – they’re concise, impactful, and steeped in cultural significance. Given these traits, it’s not surprising that Rihanna’s third child might be named after another moniker that fits this pattern. After an extensive examination of her song lyrics (over a thousand words scattered across numerous tracks), one name consistently stands out as having the right balance of edge and meaning: Rebel.

Based on VegasInsider’s report, other contenders in the running are Rogue, Ryder, and Royal. However, at this point, Rebel is ahead in terms of style and numbers (statistically).

When queried about an ‘R’ moniker that evokes a sense of coolness, strength, and perhaps a hint of danger, Slagen promptly offered her top suggestions.

‘Rebel, Rad, Rasta, and Renegade,’ she predicted.

She also believes music will continue to inspire the couple’s choices.

It’s not surprising at all if the name they chose was connected to A$AP Rocky, perhaps it’s a reference to his real name (Rakim) or one of his tunes.

Additionally, instead of opting for edgy names, Slagen proposes that Rihanna might also draw inspiration from her Caribbean heritage.

‘Raeni, meaning queen, or Requiem are two R names I could see for them,’ she suggested.

As for classic or traditional names? Don’t hold your breath. 

As a devoted fan, I speculated that Rihanna might breathe new life into a classic name, such as Ricky, Robbie, or even the biblical name Ruth. Yet, I suspect she’ll continue to surprise us with an unanticipated choice instead. That’s according to Slagen’s explanation.

Slagen and the VegasInsider data team both agree that Rihanna won’t settle for anything ordinary.

‘I don’t think you will know someone with this name,’ Slagen insisted. 

If past choices are any indication, she’s probably right.

It’s widely suggested, although neither Rihanna nor A$AP Rocky have officially announced it, that they are likely welcoming a daughter for the first time, based on hints they’ve dropped.

She is due to give birth this fall, sometime between September to November.
