Rick Hoffman Reveals Exciting Return to Suits LA—Fans Are Shocked!

Initially, when the spinoff debuted on NBC in February, fans eagerly awaited to find out if any actors from the main series would make an appearance. Now, one of the original stars, Rick Hoffman, is dishing out details about his return as Louis Litt in the upcoming show.

When asked why he agreed to join the show, Hoffman shared that when they initially contacted him, he was somewhat intrigued but found the concept truly appealing. As a result, it was difficult for him to refuse. He further disclosed that he and series creator Aaron Korsch had been eager to collaborate since Suits ended five and a half years ago. Therefore, they stayed in touch during the pandemic and the strike.

Later on, Hoffman said it’s amusing because I hadn’t heard from him for three weeks and I live way up here in Canada, isolated like the wilderness. In other words, I was clueless about everything. Then, since I didn’t receive any news from that place, I thought something seemed off. And then, what I saw next in the industry publications was Suits L.A. being swiftly launched into a series order for NBC.

In all nine seasons of the TV show called Suits, which started on USA Network in 2011, Hoffman played a prominent role. The series primarily focused on the life and adventures of Mike Ross, brilliantly portrayed by Patrick J. Adams, who had an exceptional memory that allowed him to pose as a potential associate attorney to evade law enforcement, ultimately landing himself a job at a prestigious law firm unintentionally.

Initially, the main cast of this show featured Sarah Rafferty as Donna Paulsen, Gina Torres as Jessica Pearson, and Meghan Markle as Rachel Zane. Later, after Torres, Markle, and Adams departed, Katherine Heigl joined the cast as Samantha Wheeler, accompanied by Dulé Hill as Alex Williams and Amanda Schull as Katrina Bennett. The series concluded in 2019.

Suits LA Recieved Lukewarm Reviews

In the first person perspective, I’d say: “I’m utterly captivated by this fresh television series that boasts an exciting array of new characters. At the helm is Steve Amell portraying Ted Black, a former federal prosecutor who embarks on a new journey as an entertainment lawyer in Los Angeles. This intriguing cast includes Josh McDermitt, Les Scott Davis, Maggie Grace, Bryan Greenberg, and Rachelle Goulding, just to name a few of the outstanding stars gracing our screens.

Although the appearance of familiar faces from the original Suits, such as Macht playing Harvey Specter again, has been welcomed by fans, the spin-off show Suits LA has received mixed responses. Many critics have pointed out that its initially gloomy mood is a significant departure from what viewers usually expect in a Suits series.
