Richard Gere and his wife, Alejandra Silva, appeared joyful together at the Giorgio Armani fashion show during Milan Fashion Week on Sunday.

Richard Gere, 75, looked stylish in a black tuxedo while sitting in the front row with Alejandra, 42.

Alejandra looked dazzling at the glamorous runway show, wearing a shimmering silver dress and elegant pointed heels.

She completed her elegant outfit with silver earrings that moved when she did, and a sparkling diamond bracelet.

Oh my gosh, you guys, they were *so* cute! I was practically dying when I saw them sitting front row, holding hands! Seriously, they looked totally head-over-heels for each other while waiting for the Spring/Summer 2026 collection to start. It was everything!

The fashion show, with guests including Cate Blanchett, Anna Wintour, and Eiza Gonzalez, honored the memory of Giorgio Armani, who passed away on September 4th at the age of 91.

Richard and Alejandra got married in 2018 and have two sons: Alexander, who is six, and James, who is five.

Richard Gere, known for his role in Primal Fear, has two sons. He shares 25-year-old Homer with his former wife, Carey Lowell, and also has a 12-year-old son named Albert from another relationship.

It comes after Richard and Alejandra shared their plans to relocate to Spain together.  

In a January interview with Elle España, Richard and Alejandra discussed their significant relocation.

The Hollywood star shared that they’re currently experiencing a really positive and exciting time in their lives, and have never been happier.

Silva described feeling an instant connection, saying they shared the same values and worldview. She explained it felt like they’d known each other forever, and considered such a connection incredibly rare.

Alejandra shared that Richard is a very involved and loving father, and enjoys reading stories to his children since they moved to Spain.

The picture looks perfect, and it really is how it seems – he’s a wonderful father. He doesn’t handle the cooking; that’s my job. But while I’m in the kitchen, he loves to play guitar.

Last November, while appearing on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, Gere shared the reason why he and his family decided to move to his wife’s home country.

My wife is from Spain, and after living here for around seven years, we’re planning to move to Madrid to be with her family for a while.

The celebrity shared that their children speak two languages, which will help them thrive in that environment.

I was so touched a few months ago in March when Silva publicly honored Richard for his first ‘Spanish Father’s Day.’ It was a really sweet gesture and showed how much he cares!

She shared a heartwarming picture of the actor with their three youngest children, and wrote, ‘Happy First Spanish Father’s Day to the best dad in the world!’

But in April, it became known that the couple and their children still intend to move back to the United States.

Alejandra revealed the exciting news while speaking with DailyMail.com at the City Harvests Presents The 2025 Gala.

‘For a few years [we’ll live in Spain], and then come back. But we’re always coming back.’

The activist explained they plan to return in the summer once their children finish camp. They need to find a way to manage their time between both locations and their family commitments.

‘I’m with my family … I missed them a lot. But I miss the U.S. So we come back and forth.’ 

Richard Gere is still working on new films, including a romantic comedy called The Making Of, which is currently in production.

The movie, currently being developed, will also feature Blake Lively, Diane Keaton, and Lin-Manuel Miranda.

According to IMDB, the movie centers around a long-married couple who are filmmakers. They’ve cast actors to play them as younger versions of themselves, recreating the story of their passionate romance. However, their own marriage is falling apart as they begin filming.
