On Tuesday, I left my friends and followers spellbound by posting an unguarded birthday selfie that showcased quite the transformation in me.

This week, the Australian comedian shared a stunning photograph that showed him appearing much older than his actual age of 35.

To add a touch of humor, Rhys decided to make himself appear older in the photo by applying a filter that gave him a worn, aged look with multiple wrinkles.

‘She’s 35 today and feeling fresh,’ he joked, looking anything but. 

His famous friends left comments beneath the hilarious post.

In the meantime, drag queen Courtney Act noted that Rhys bore a striking resemblance to Australian politician Pauline Hanson in the picture.

‘You don’t look a day over Pauline Hanson,’ Courtney wrote.

Rhys’ followers quickly jumped in on the joke. 

‘Ngl thought this was Pauline seeing the voting polls. Happy birthday!’ one person commented.

In response to that statement, another person said, ‘Could you clarify,’ referring to the well-known yet unintended phrase that the One Nation senator is famously associated with.

One person commented: ‘Beautiful picture of Pauline Hanson,’ while another exclaimed: ‘I swear I thought Pauline Hanson had taken over my feed! Happy Birthday.’ (This version maintains the original’s tone and meaning, but uses more common phrases and simplifies the second comment to make it easier to read.)

Last May, the townhouse in Coburg that was previously owned by the Drag Race Down Under judge and his husband fetched a sale price of $842,500 during an auction.

In 2017, Rhys and Kyran purchased a contemporary two-story house and didn’t hesitate to make it their own with their eccentric and unusual remodeling projects.

The actor expressed that he didn’t plan on considering potential future owners when designing his house, instead choosing to infuse it with his unique character.

The most significant transformation occurred in his kitchen as Rhys enlarged it into a spacious layout, featuring green cabinets, pink walls, and no less than three ovens.

Rhys mentioned that he enjoys cooking and hosting dinners for guests, but his lifestyle doesn’t allow for small gatherings, so it didn’t suit that situation.

Rhys and Kyran redesigned their upper-level bedroom into a generously sized lounge space, which they affectionately named “the plush room,” due to its opulent, cushioned flooring.

Rhys expressed that he prefers an interior design style that leans towards the excessive or extravagant (maximalist), incorporating practical items along with decorative elements that might seem unconventional or quirky to some.
