RHOC Star Sells $25M Mansion for Shocking Downsizing Reason!

Heather and Terry Dubrow have put their lavish Beverly Hills residence up for sale, priced at an impressive $25 million. The reason behind this decision may come as a surprise to many.

Terry has gained fame as a skilled plastic surgeon, often recognized by television audiences due to the show “Botched,” whereas Heather is a well-known cast member on “The Real Housewives of Orange County.

Despite their renown and wealth, this duo is choosing to sell their approximately 9000 square foot mansion, a property they purchased in 2023 for $16 million.

According to their real estate agent, Josh Altman, the famous TV personalities are planning to fully embrace the life of apartment dwellers.

Through TMZ, it was reported that Josh, who shares a listing with his brother Matt, clarified that the couple now require less space than they previously did.

Amongst them, three out of the four grown kids have left home, and Heather and Terry are eager to embark on more travels together.

This family consists of a pair who have three children: Nick (21), Max (also 21), their daughter Kat (18), and Ace (13).

Heather and Terry’s home in Beverly Hills stands atop a hill, overlooking the cityscape of Los Angeles from afar, surrounded by a large, curving driveway.

Overlooking an expansive, nearly nine-acre property offering stunning urban vistas, this grand residence features no less than five bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

With a characteristic Californian flair, the house was built featuring an open layout, inviting ample daylight into its generously sized spaces.

Visitors gain access to the estate through an impressive entrance hall graced by two grand stairways ascending to the upper level.

The beautifully designed dining area boasts large windows for plenty of sunlight and a stylish fireplace adorned with intricate details.

Adjacent to a living room offering stunning hillside vistas, the residence features a cozy reading corner boasting elegant blonde wooden bookshelves.

At present, there’s a cozy sitting spot within the library, boasting a window view that reveals the beautiful greenery surrounding the structure.

Simultaneously, the living area boasts bay windows and sliding glass doors that open onto the backyard, where you’ll find a swimming pool.

Among the estate’s additional outdoor elements is a patio bordered by two rows of trees, creating a shaded cover or canopy.

Tucked away in a different part of the house lies a snug, slant-ceilinged reading nook.

A comfortable reading corner, characterized by a sloping roof, can be found in a hidden part of the home.

In 2023, Heather and Terry initially bought the property for $16 million. After completing renovations, they are now trying to sell it at a higher price.

Previously, the house was under the ownership of the renowned Italian film producer Dino De Laurentiis, who left a mark in Hollywood with productions such as Barbarella, Serpico, Hannibal, Conan The Barbarian and the 1976 King Kong remake featuring Jessica Lange.

Previous proprietors also included famed author Harold Robbins, known as the ‘King of Potboilers,’ as well as Steve Crane, who was twice married to classic film star Lana Turner.

Upon their arrival, Heather playfully remarked that since the Dubrows lived so near the Beverly Hills Hotel, the renowned Polo Lounge eatery might as well be considered ‘our local restaurant’ for them.

She told Entertainment Tonight that we attempted to purchase a handful of properties in various locations such as Cabo, Newport Beach, Beverly Hills, Palm Springs, and ultimately, fate led us to this renowned estate in Hollywood.
