Photos circulated on social media platforms such as Bravo And Cocktails and Reality Blurb, displaying the ex-pair casually seated side by side on a couch together.
Reflecting on our recent encounter, it’s undeniable that the events of June 17th marked a significant turning point – a court filing found me, David, taking legal steps against Lesley.
DailyMail.com has reached out to David and Lesley but have yet to hear back.
In the photos circulating online, it appears that David was holding a drink while Lesley was scrolling through her phone.
It’s worth mentioning that she sported the identical polka dot headband, a black blouse, and gold accessories in the Instagram pictures posted on Wednesday.
She posted a selfie with she and David’s four-year-old daughter, Anna, with the caption: ‘Mini.’
I enthusiastically posted several photo albums on Instagram showcasing the breathtaking views from my recent vacation. One of the captions was titled “Living it up under the vast Montana skies!” while another expressed my affection for the state saying, “Montana, you’ve captured a piece of my heart!
The joint holiday took place during an intriguing period, given that it was only the previous day when news broke about David filing for a restraining order against Lesley, due to accusations of her physical violence.
Each week, David submitted legal paperwork seeking a protective order against Lesley, asking the court to mandate a 100-yard distance between her and himself, his residence, and his place of employment.
The only exception which was requested was for custody exchanges of their daughter Anna Love.
According to People, David’s plea stated: ‘On numerous instances, Lesley has physically harmed me, but only a few of these occurrences have been mentioned in past domestic violence filings.’
Lesley has a tendency to lie excessively, and she’s likely to swear an oath (under penalty of perjury) and say whatever seems advantageous to her.

Later, he claimed that his former spouse, significantly younger than him by almost two decades, entered into the marriage primarily for financial reasons.
In the official papers, he stated that there have been numerous highs and lows in his marriage with Lesley, including previously filed and withdrawn divorce petitions, as well as domestic violence protective orders issued against him.
It’s troubling to me that Lesley’s relationship with me seems to be rooted more in her aspiration for an extravagant lifestyle rather than genuine feelings. In our situation, the saying “money can’t buy love” doesn’t quite ring true; it’s more accurate to say that she has made it clear to me that our marriage is a means to achieve that luxurious life.
David further stated that he and his separated spouse got into a confrontation on June 11 during which ‘Lesley allegedly struck me forcefully, causing deep wounds on my arm by tearing out sizable pieces of skin.’
He claims she pushed her fingers into his mouth on occasion, accused him of nipping at her fingers, and struck him several times across the face.
It’s additionally stated that two days following the supposed argument, Leslie leveled accusations at David, claiming he was gay. However, David refuted these claims.
Besides maintaining a 100-yard distance from him, his residence, and his workplace, Lesley was additionally required to leave her Newport Beach, California house. As a result, she moved to their home in Montana.
Lesley also had two kids, Inga and Indris Pukke, besides her own child, Anna, who they all are.

David and Lesley parted ways under somewhat strained circumstances, with Lesley filing for divorce against David back in September.
Back in 2024, on September 17th, as recorded in court papers we acquired, Lesley chose to formally dissolve their nearly four-year long union, citing ‘insurmountable disagreements’.
Last week, a temporary restraining order due to domestic violence was granted to Lesley against David.
Lesley listed her date of separation from David as September 8, 2024.
She aims to gain both the main legal and physical guardianship of their daughter, suggesting that David should have visitation rights instead.
During her pursuit of spousal support, Lesley requests the court to end David’s ability to receive any support, and also asks that he covers her legal expenses related to this case.
Regarding their communal possessions, In Touch mentioned that Lesley stated that the complete, detailed characterization, location, and current status of these assets are yet to be determined.
In response to her Lesley’s petition, David challenged the the date of their split.
He claimed they broke up on September 17, not September 8 as she had listed.
Additionally, he desires shared legal and physical custody of their daughter, as well as for Lesley to receive spousal support according to the conditions outlined in their premarital agreement.
Per, their prenup, he is willing to pay Lesley $10,000 a month.
He pointed out that the prenuptial agreement, which they both consented to on October 9, 2020, encompasses all their assets and liabilities.
David also requested the court have Lesley pay her own legal fees.
Lesley submitted her divorce papers soon after obtaining a temporary restraining order against David, whom she alleged had been verbally abusive and made their home an uncomfortable place for her and their kids.
Lesley shares her two eldest children with a man named Eriks.
On September 9, 2024, she states that David left the house angrily after her former partner arrived to collect their children, and he shouted profanities at him from outside.
Lesley stated that every child was there and observed David’s conduct towards Erik. She found it extremely frightening. She also mentioned that she captured the entire event on video and intends to present these recordings as evidence in a court of law.
She went on to say: ‘Following this event, I received approximately 59 consecutive messages from David, filled with suggestions that I was sleeping with him, urging me to do so, and making false accusations against me that were utterly impossible. It’s clear that David requires assistance. He tends to fall into an obsessive frenzy.’

David has vehemently denied his estranged wife’s abuse allegations.
He often accuses me of being abusive when we disagree or express our opinions. She frequently texts me excessively for long periods, aiming to provoke a response from me. In his view, Lesley is upset because I restricted her unlimited spending on credit cards over the weekend. This is what he stated.
He further pointed fingers at Lesley, alleging that she was attempting to blackmail him, and emphasized that her displeasure stemmed from the fact that he had cancelled her credit card with unrestricted spending limits.
He made it clear that he’s not obligated to maintain her way of living, he added. In different situations, Lesley has a knack for twisting stories to suit her needs and goals.
In the end, the judge issued Lesley a short-term prohibition order against David. This means he must maintain a distance of at least 100 yards from her and their shared residence until a court hearing takes place next month.
David was previously married to Shannon Beador between 2000 to 2019.
The pair share daughters Sophie, 23, and twins Stella and Adeline, 21.

In 2023, David previously filed for divorce from Lesley.
In a surprising turn of events, the ex-celebrity attributed their split to ‘unresolvable disagreements,’ an often-used term among the famous. Interestingly, they noted that both the date of their separation and the filing for divorce were on September 15.
In October 2020, David and Lesley exchanged wedding vows, and by February 2021, they had the joy of welcoming a new family member – their baby girl.
Following the initial divorce filing in September 2023, Lesley initially asserted that she was ending the marriage because her partner’s case had been dropped, but it turned out that her own petition was ultimately dropped as well.
Then, in May 2023, the pair each filed for divorce again.
She filed for divorce on May 29 while he filed for divorce one day later on May 30.
