Porsha Williams won’t face any consequences after an incident on a Delta flight, as investigations have shown she did nothing wrong.
A star from The Real Housewives of Atlanta was reportedly involved in a dispute during a flight back from BravoCon on Sunday. Flight attendants on the Delta flight had to step in to resolve the situation, which occurred in first class.
Porsha’s lawyer, Joe Habachy, has informed Daily Mail that the U.S. Attorney’s Office has concluded no crime was committed. As a result, the FBI will not be investigating the matter any further.
He stated that Ms. Williams was happy to hear the news, but not surprised, considering she never had any physical contact with the passenger who made demonstrably false accusations against her.
Habachy added that Porsha is ‘owed an apology’ by the passenger over the alleged incident.
According to Habachy, Porsha was subjected to a harsh verbal attack by an angry and unstable passenger on the flight, and this happened without any reason.
He continued, explaining that the passenger then falsely claimed things that didn’t match what several witnesses had seen.

According to a Delta representative who spoke with the Daily Mail, flight attendants addressed a situation involving two passengers during a routine flight from Las Vegas to Atlanta.
The flight continued to Atlanta and landed safely, according to a spokesperson. Police were waiting at the gate when the plane arrived.
Williams was returning from BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas when the alleged incident occurred.
According to a spokesperson, the FBI in Atlanta is looking into an incident that reportedly happened on a Delta flight on November 16th, possibly involving Porsha Williams and another individual.
The spokesperson stated the bureau is investigating if any federal crimes were committed.
They have since decided not to pursue charges after Williams was cleared of any wrongdoing.

The reality star and Simon Guobadia were married starting in 2022, but their divorce became official in June. That same month, he was deported to Nigeria by immigration authorities.
Williams was previously married to NFL alum Kordell Stewart from 2011 until 2013.
Last month, while at CultureCon in New York City, Williams revealed she had previously dated women.
‘The people who I’m talking to now … it’s just two, I narrowed it down to two, and he is nice and she is nice,’ Williams said.
Williams said she would be open to an appearance on the show in an effort to find a good partner.
Williams shared that she’s a romantic at heart and that everyone is aware of her recent divorce, as reported by US Magazine.
