Rhian Sugden forced to call police over ‘wild’ backlash to her breast reduction after furious fan demanded his money back and claimed ‘his life wouldn’t be worth living’ as she admits even her husband was ‘gutted’ by her decision

Rhian Sugden spoke candidly about handling numerous harsh comments from so-called fans, who criticized her choice for breast reduction surgery. She also disclosed that due to the intense online abuse, she was forced to contact the authorities for assistance.

In early 2022, the glamour model, aged 38, expressed her intention to have a surgical procedure. After a long wait, she underwent the operation last month. She disclosed that her large F-cup breasts had been causing her severe back pain and made walking nearly unbearable.

Yet, it transpired that her choice to ease her persistent discomfort sparked criticism from certain fans, who lamented that she was allegedly making the greatest error of her life.

Back in 2006, I found myself catapulted into the limelight at the tender age of 19, gracing the pages of newspapers as a Page 3 model. It wasn’t long before I had a massive following and landed lucrative opportunities – one of them being a £100,000 paycheck for my stint on Celebrity Big Brother in 2012.

Yet, during an interview with The Sun prior to her surgery, she clarified that some people think they have a claim on her breasts due to investing in her through magazine purchases and OnlyFans subscriptions.

Rhian argued that the procedure was necessary for both health and aesthetic purposes, yet admitted that she struggled with people judging her body and making a big deal out of it.

Initially, Oliver Mellor, her husband, was disappointed upon learning about her decision.

‘Initially, Oliver was disappointed because he’s been fond of my breasts. However, he’s come to terms with it, and I believe he’s relieved that I won’t complain about my back pain anymore.’

In June, Rhian underwent the procedure and has never been happier, as she joyfully posted photos taken from her hospital bed.

Last year in April, she along with her partner, Oliver (aged 44), were blessed with the arrival of their miraculous son, George, following a difficult five-year process that included eight rounds of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and an expenditure of approximately £150,000.

However, she clarified that both pregnancy and breastfeeding led to an increase in the size of her breasts, making them noticeably heavier.

Despite facing persistent criticism for her choice to undergo a reduction, she swiftly responded to the internet bullies.

In a swift response, Rhian countered a rude remark saying, “Imagine believing my essence is tied to my attire. Laugh out loud.

In March, she publicly posted multiple images of hurtful remarks from internet bullies, underscoring the fact that the choices regarding her own body were entirely hers to make.

She was annoyed, saying: “It’s embarrassing that I need to explain why I’m using my own body in this manner.

Men who specialize in breasts (breast specialists) are sending me messages suggesting that I should simply reduce my weight, and they claim my bust will diminish as a result. However, look at me! Despite following their so-called professional advice, my chest size hasn’t decreased. Who would have guessed?

Really, it seems like people nowadays are forgetting basic rights. I am the one who owns this body, I am the one who experiences happiness, and I am the one who should have the freedom to make my own choices.

Regardless of her attachment to them, Rhian has openly discussed how they are excessively large, causing her distress in the past.

2022 saw her opening up about her experience during an interview with TopMob. She disclosed that she had enlisted the aid of a personal trainer to rectify her slouched stance, and elaborated on the difficulties she faced while fitting into certain clothes due to this issue.

As someone who’s blessed with a genetically slender mother, I’ve often felt fortunate about my inherited physique. However, the majority of my weight tends to accumulate in my bust area, which can be a bit overwhelming at times, especially when it becomes uncomfortable to move around due to their size.

In simpler terms, ‘My breasts hold significant importance to me. During my time working for Page 3, they were a size 32D, and now I’ve become a 34F. Ideally, I’d prefer a B or C cup size, but I understand that this change might impact my job.’

As a devoted admirer of fashion, I find myself yearning for stylish ensembles, yet I often struggle with finding suitable options due to my personal circumstances. For instance, I observe beautiful dresses that flat-chested women can effortlessly wear, but alas, I cannot step out without the support of a bra. With each passing day, I sense the imminent influence of gravity, making me even more conscious about my choices.

‘I’m considering breast reduction surgery, but I’m aware that it can result in significant scarring. In an attempt to reduce the size of my breasts, I’ve started working with a personal trainer. Keep an eye out, as I’m hoping to reach my goal of being a B cup by next week.’
