Rhian Sugden, 39, sizzles in a skimpy crop top and bikini bottoms as she shows off the results of her breast reduction surgery

Rhian Sugden showed off her results after having a breast reduction in a photo she posted to Instagram on Saturday, wearing a crop top and bikini.

The 39-year-old former glamour model had a breast reduction in June, going from a 32HH cup size to a 32E.

And now she has flaunted her new look in a white and red crop top which read ‘naughty but nice’. 

She wore a top with white bikini bottoms that had bows tied on the sides, and finished the look with a pair of white sunglasses.

Alongside the sizzling post, she wrote: ‘What’s your fave Christmas Film?’ 

The reality TV star shared that she had a breast reduction earlier this year because the pain in her back and chest had become so severe it was making it difficult to walk.

Earlier this year, Rhian posted a series of three photos on Instagram showing her chest before surgery, two weeks after, and then again several weeks later. The photos were taken topless.

Alongside the post, she wrote: ‘From sagging to bragging. Swipe for before and after.

Here are the results of my breast reduction and lift performed by Pall Mall Cosmetics. I didn’t have implants – it was just a lift and reduction to maintain a natural look.

Okay, so I ordered these and they actually fit so much better than expected – I’d say about four sizes too big, which honestly, I was kind of hoping for! I prefer a looser fit. And the best part? My scars are really starting to fade, which is a huge win for me!

She explained that choosing to relieve her ongoing pain has led to criticism from some fans, with many expressing disappointment and claiming she was making a terrible error.

Rhian became well-known in 2006 when she started working as a Page 3 model at the age of 19. She quickly gained a large following and earned significant money, including £100,000 for appearing on Celebrity Big Brother in 2012.

She explained that because of her career, some fans feel entitled to her body, specifically believing they have a claim over her breasts, due to having financially supported her through magazine purchases and OnlyFans subscriptions.

The mom said the response to her surgery has been surprisingly strong. While most people have been understanding and supportive, some have been really upset by her decision.

To make matters worse, Rhian revealed that her husband, Oliver Mellor, was also deeply upset by her decision at first. They’d been married for seven years.

In an interview with The Sun before her operation, she explained that her partner, Oliver, was initially upset, as he had always admired her breasts.

Honestly, I think he gets it and will be glad I’m finally not complaining about my back pain anymore.

In a video recorded nine weeks after her operation, Rhian reiterated how pleased she was with the outcome.

‘I’m back at Pall Mall and I’m nine weeks post op. I’m absolutely in love with my boobs,’ she said.

Before her surgery, Rhian shared a video online explaining that after having her son George, now one year old, her nipples had dropped 11cm lower than usual due to the effects of gravity.

She admitted to being a little anxious about something and expressed her eagerness to see it improved and revitalized, describing the prospect as thrilling.

Rhian explained that she currently wears a 34GG bra, though she could sometimes fit into a 34H. She added that it’s really hard to find a good bra these days.

It’s really hard for me to find a bikini that fits because I’m petite but have a large bust.

My back really hurts! I think I need to start getting a massage about once a week to help relieve the pain and tension.

I swim very frequently, and I believe my large breasts cause my back to arch when I’m in the water, as they create extra resistance.

Right now, even swimming is a struggle, and I can’t even bring myself to wear a swimsuit. This weight loss is going to completely transform my life.
