Rhi from MAFS Shows Off Stunning Abs Amid Relationship Doubts with Jeff!

Previously acquainted individuals, Rhi Disljenkovic and Jeff Gobbels, who had a brief romance beforehand, were paired on “Married At First Sight.” Now, it seems they are attempting to rekindle their relationship once more.

During a brief pause in filming last August, the pair were seen casually spending time together, which seemed like a relaxed outing that might have been a less formal date. This occurred only a few days after Rhiannon openly shared that it had been challenging for her to transition from being friends with her on-screen spouse.

As I stood there, I took pride in my stylish ensemble – a crisp forest green shirt, cream trousers, and pristine white sneakers, accessorized with the season’s hottest round sunglasses.

Regardless of appearing carefree during their excursion, the pair have been candid about the challenges they face in rekindling their relationship. Notably, Rhiannon has confessed that she harbored significant reservations since first setting eyes on Jeff at the altar.

In a conversation with Daily Mail Australia, Rhi expressed her surprise upon finding Jeff at the altar, causing her to ponder if there was a future for their relationship.

She admitted, “At the end of the aisle, with what was probably a puzzled expression on my face, I recall wondering, ‘How am I going to make this situation work?’

She clarified that although they used to date a while back, their relationship has been strictly friendly since then.

She mentioned that’s likely what held her back during the aisle. They’d occasionally met up since their relationship, but it was strictly friendly, as opposed to romantic. She acknowledged this experience was more difficult than others on the show.

It’s been rumored that Married at First Sight producers might have strategically paired Rhiannon and Jeff to create a more dramatic show, but Rhiannon firmly stated that she was unaware her ex-boyfriend was participating in this experiment.

‘Jeff and I had no idea—I had no idea he was going to be on the show, absolutely not,’ she said.

She admitted, however, that there was a chance producers had orchestrated their match.

As for whether the producers knew, I’m not sure. It might have been a mere coincidence, but it seems plausible to me.

Instead of the usual romantic candlelit dinners and intimate moments during their honeymoon like many other MAFS couples enjoy, Rhiannon and Jeff’s was far from that tranquil setting.

Reflecting on our honeymoon, it was apparent that most other couples were expressing their love through affectionate gestures like hand-holding, kissing, and intimacy. However, Jeff and I were not engaging in those romantic activities, as I humorously confessed.

‘We were purely just trying to navigate this crazy situation.’

Regardless of their bumpy beginning, Rhi and Jeff managed to keep a tight bond during the trial period, a fact that she attributes to a strong acting connection on-camera.

‘I can’t tell you that much,’ she teased when asked if they were still together.

However, Jeff and I managed to keep our friendship intact all along, which I believe is the reason behind our strong connection. After all, we hold each other in high regard.
