Okay, so I just found out where I can finally watch Boy Meets Girl! It’s a really sweet sitcom from 2015 starring Rebecca Root, and it’s about Judy, a trans woman in her late 30s, who starts dating a younger guy, Leo. It’s a pretty charming story, and I’m excited it’s available to stream now in the UK.
The TV show, previously shown for two seasons and set in Newcastle, is now streaming on Prime Video in the UK.
The cast of the new sitcom, which has been called ‘quietly revolutionary’ and compared to Gavin and Stacey by The Guardian, also includes Denise Welch as Leo’s mother, Pam, Nigel Betts as his father, Tony, and Jonny Dixon as his brother, James.

Prime Video in the UK recently added the 2013 British drama The Crash, which is based on the true story of a tragic car accident that happened to a group of friends.
