Revealed: Inside the ultra-secret luxury Oxfordshire mansion estate frequented by the seriously wealthy where Apple heiress Eve Jobs will hold her wedding reception with Team GB equestrian this weekend

This coming weekend, Eve Jobs, a wealthy heiress, and Harry Charles, a member of Team GB who has won an Olympic gold medal, are getting married at Estelle Manor located in the Cotswolds.

Known as “Oxfordshire‘s most luxurious hotel,” this esteemed Grade-II listed building held its grand opening just last summer.

In no time at all, it’s turned into a must-visit spot, as celebrities, influencers, and athletes are eagerly rushing to spend a night there.

No pictures allowed, guests are asked to place a sticker over their phone cameras when arriving.

The facility includes a 25-meter pool heated all year round, a poolside bar, lounges with resident DJs, dining options, and bars, plus a spa inspired by ancient Rome.

At the 1901 house, you’ll find not one, but two padel courts, a spacious, modern fitness center, and an expansive 60-acre area for you to discover.

A restaurant run by former Nobu employee, Sergej Leonenko, who specializes in Japanese cuisine, is planned to open. Additionally, there’s a grill restaurant being prepared within the greenhouse of the kitchen garden.

Estelle Manor is a property owned by hospitality tycoon Sharan Pasricha, who’s also behind establishments like Hoxton hotels, Maison Estelle (a private club in London), and Gleneagles (in Perthshire). Unlike Gleneagles, though, Estelle Manor was specifically developed under the supervision of both Sharan and his wife Eiesha – a thriving entrepreneur and daughter of Indian billionaire Sunil Mittal.

For the upcoming weekend, since the entire house is fully reserved and boasting a capacity of 108 bedrooms, it’s anticipated that the joyous pair will host approximately 200 attendees.

In no holding back, mini bars are fully stocked with luxurious amenities like silk sleep masks, collagen facial masks, melatonin sleep aids, and earplugs for a truly restful experience.

This establishment is often compared to an adult-oriented Soho House, with a yearly membership costing approximately £3,600 and overnight stays in smaller rooms beginning at £600 per night.

Whereas one of their suites costs something more like £2,500 a night.

At the location itself, you can find entire homes available for rental accommodating up to six people. The rates begin from £14,000 per night and come inclusive of a personal butler who can be contacted through WhatsApp when needed.

At Blubell House, you’ll find a boot area, a combined kitchen and dining space, a cozy library, private bathrooms (ensuites), and a dedicated playroom for the kids.

This year, the hotel has been listed amongst the top 50 hotels, and quite a few celebrities have been sighted within its premises ever since it opened.

Sophie Turner, Rebel Wilson, and Kate Moss are among several high-profile celebrities who have taken some time off lately at that location.

Kate spent Mother’s Day with her lookalike mum, Linda Shepherd, and brother Nick at the property.

Princess Beatrice is also a fan favourite of the grounds, regularly attending for lunch.

Since opening, the Manor has been known to hold elaborate celebrity-filled parties.

In 2024 they hosted a Casamigos pool party, the tequila brand owned by George Clooney.

Dj La Roux headlined and a huge bbq was put on for guests.

At Christmas they had an ice rink installed.

Visitors can explore the area by riding the pink bikes provided, or hopping into one of the available electric Land Rovers. Additionally, there’s a helicopter pad on the property for those who arrive by air.

There are sheep, Shetland ponies, chickens and other farm animals.

And for children, there are even mini Land Rover’s that they’re able to drive around in.

27-year-old Eve, previously recognized by society’s Tatler magazine as part of its ‘new wave of It Girls’, and 26-year-old sportsman Harry started dating last year. They became engaged in September of the same year, and made their public appearance together only recently at the Paris Olympic Games, just over a year ago.

The lavish wedding, reportedly costing around £5 million, is scheduled to unfold over a period of four days, commencing on Wednesday. This grand event follows closely, approximately a month later, after Eve’s departure to the Italian island of Capri for an extravagant bachelorette party filled with glamour.

As a dedicated follower, I’m excited to be on the list for an event that brings together a diverse group – from esteemed British athletes, influential American political figures, to a touch of royal grandeur.

It’s anticipated that the former U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris will be one of the high-profile attendees. There are reports suggesting that Sir Elton John will perform, with an estimated payment of £1 million, and it’s rumored that Princess Beatrice may also be present at the event.

Eve’s mother, Laurene, who became a widow after Steve Jobs passed away in 2011 at the age of 56 due to pancreatic cancer, reportedly spared no effort for the wedding with assistance from well-known events planner Stanlee Gatti.

Distinguished individuals will jet off to Oxford’s airfield in their personal aircrafts. Upon arrival, they will be picked up by helicopters and whisked away to the event location.

Some guests may also be lodging at the adjacent Soho Farmhouse, bordering the Beckhams’ private backyard.

Also making the VIP guestlist are Kamala’s daughter Phoebe and Bill Gates’s daughter Jennifer.

Notable personalities such as Matt Helders from the Arctic Monkeys, Jessica Springsteen (daughter of Bruce Springsteen), renowned Apple designer Jony Ive, and Sofia Abramovich (daughter of former Chelsea owner Roman) will also be in attendance.

Not only is Kamala poised to leave a mark on the U.S. political landscape, but a reliable source informed the newspaper that several influential American political figures are expected to attend.

It was mentioned by insiders that invitations have been sent to individuals from fields such as fashion, sports, and business, leading some to guess that Princess Beatrice and Jennifer Gates might be among those invited.

Eve, who’s both a model and an equestrian, boasts two elder siblings and one half-sibling. It’s expected that Reed Jobs, aged 33, and Erin Jobs, 29, will be present at the wedding. As for her half-sibling Lisa Brennan-Jobs, she’s 47 years old, but it remains uncertain whether she’ll make an appearance.

Besides her siblings, Eve boasts an impressive circle of well-known friends, many of whom are offspring of other tech moguls, and it’s probable that she’ll soon have a grand wedding.

Apart from that, she’s acquainted with Lilli Hymowitz, a young woman who shares friendship with the daughter of Gregg Hymowitz – a prominent businessman, head of investment firm EnTrust Global, and its founder.

At Eve’s high-profile wedding with Harry, it’s possible that actual royalty could also be present, as suggested by Tatler; they indicate that Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi may likely be among the guests.

Apart from Eve boasting strong networks, Harry also has a group of associates guaranteed to add excitement to the gathering. His father, Peter Charles, led the team that clinched Britain’s initial team jumping gold medal in six decades at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.

Additionally, Scott Brash and Ben Maher, fellow members of his Olympic team, might be present as they jointly won the team jumping event during the Olympics held in Paris.

Besides often gracing the front rows during Paris Fashion Week, Eve made her debut at the Met Gala in 2022 and can be spotted frequently at events like the Vanity Fair Oscars Party sporting designs by Molly Goddard or vintage pieces from Donna Karan.
