This year’s AFL Grand Final will feature an impressive lineup, as a renowned artist is slated to take center stage at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) in the coming months.
Rapper Snoop Dogg has been confirmed as the headline pre-match entertainment act for 2025.
The American rap icon will perform to a crowd of 100,000 at the MCG on September 27.
He expressed great joy and pride, stating that performing at the Australian Football League (AFL) grand final – a major Australian event – is truly a privilege for him.
‘Can’t wait to bring the energy and celebrate with the fans.’
At the 2022 Super Bowl’s intermission, Snoop Dogg took the stage, while he was also chosen as the main act for the closing ceremony of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
