Restaurateur Keith McNally erupts over ‘repulsive’ photo of Jeff Bezos’ fiancee Lauren Sanchez with the Kardashians

As a dedicated follower, I’d rephrase it like this: In a strong statement, I, Keith McNally, have vocalized my disapproval towards Lauren Sanchez and certain members of the Kardashian family, expressing my sentiment that they are not appealing to me.
On Saturday, the owner of Balthazar, known for his sharp wit, who isn’t new to critiquing the fiancée of Jeff Bezos, an Amazon executive, posted a photo on Instagram from a brunch earlier in the week. The photo features Sánchez with Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, and Khloé Kardashian.
‘Am I alone in finding this photo repulsive beyond?’ he penned in the caption.
He commented, “I’m curious about what Susan Sontag (with whom I had a small acquaintance), or Virginia Woolf might have considered about this image. Does anyone have any thoughts?
McNally did not specify why he was so bothered by the group photo.
The post sparked a heated debate among McNally’s 130,000 followers, resulting in more than 2,500 likes and numerous comments, some praising him while others were critical.
On Wednesday, Lauren, who is 54 years old, shared a photo and expressed appreciation towards the Kardashians for arranging a modest gathering in celebration of the launch of her latest children’s book titled “The Fly Who Flew to Space.

Saturday’s post isn’t the first time McNally has taken a swing at Sánchez.
Back in April, he called the former Fox 11 News anchor ‘absolutely revolting.’
“Does anyone else think that Jeff Bezos’ new wife, Lauren Sanchez, is TOTALLY UNPLEASANT to look at? They seem like an extremely SELF-SATISFIED and unattractive couple when they are together.” [This statement is a more polite and less offensive paraphrase of the original.]
McNally later modified his caption. Initially, he didn’t clarify the reason behind photographing the couple who were about to get married.
Two weeks later, he delivered a half-hearted apology and slammed his haters via Instagram.
‘Of course it’s wrong to criticize someone you don’t know – sorry Hitler – especially when they’re as wholesome and natural as Sánchez looks in the photo above,’ McNally said.
I want to express my regret for my April 15th post, where in a state of sobriety, I used unkind words to describe the helicopter-flying beauty as not appealing.
With humor set aside, simply having Sanchez spend a large amount on cosmetic procedures doesn’t automatically mean she is repulsive. On the contrary, many of the truly unattractive individuals I know have never invested a single cent in plastic surgery. He further commented on this point.
