The lawsuit claims that Ant Anstead, age 46, was the one named on the rental agreement, according to the report.
She claims she was injured during a visit to the house on August 14, 2024.
Zellweger and Anstead, both 56, have responded to claims of Belland’s injuries by stating they weren’t at fault. They argue that Belland’s own carelessness caused her to fall.
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Zellweger and Anstead for comment.
During the visit, Belland allegedly tripped and suffered a painful fall on the home’s patio.

They claim she secretly kept another house close by, and only Antstead was actually living at the shared property.
They argued that because Zellweger wasn’t listed on the lease, she shouldn’t be held responsible for Belland’s injury.
Zellweger and Anstead began dating in 2021.
