Additionally, the proprietors of Drai’s Beachclub and Nightclub, where the alleged incident occurred on July 29, 2023, are also named in the lawsuit for their role in alleged negligence. The lawsuit was submitted before the statute of limitations for such charges expired in Nevada.

Although the police investigated the matter at the time, Cardi B was not indicted. On Thursday, Cardi B’s representatives failed to provide a comment to The Times on this issue.
