Remember him? Aussie TV presenter Jason Dundas welcomes surprise baby after dropping off the radar

Australian TV presenter Jason Dundas has welcomed his first child with his wife Tayler Blackman.

42-year-old, who used to host The X Factor, recently announced thrilling news on Instagram. He posted two pictures: one showing him pushing a newborn in a pram, and another of his daughter peacefully sleeping in her crib.

‘Our little Ruby,’ he captioned the post with a red love-heart emoji.

In a set of appealing images, Taylor labeled them as, ‘Taylor’s baby girl (Ruby) nestled in her arms.’

Taylor, as the social media manager for Hailey Bieber’s skincare brand Rhode, along with Jason, has been mindful in avoiding posting images on social media that fully reveal their baby’s side view.

In July 2022, they exchanged vows in a grand wedding at Lake Como, Italy, and their first-born child was welcomed into the world.

They captured the significant event by taking photos along the famous Italian coastline, specifically on the shores of the Italian Riviera.

Taylor dazzled in a wedding gown reminiscent of nudity, boasting see-through mesh and artfully placed lace patterns.

The lovebirds announced their engagement in December 2019.

Previously, Jason shared with Daily Mail Australia that he harbors a deep desire to become a father, as several of his close friends have tied the knot and started families.

‘The love and joy that they get out of having kids, I’d love to have that too one day,’ he said.

Nevertheless, due to his nomadic existence, Jason acknowledged back then that constant traveling posed challenges for him.

‘It’s clear that my work involves a lot of traveling or moving around, much like a nomad… I believe that when the perfect timing aligns, such transitions will naturally occur.’

Raised in the outskirts of Western Sydney, Jason began his career as a Video Jockey (VJ) for MTV Australia at the young age of 21, ultimately achieving recognition.
