At a “You’re Cordially Invited” screening in New York City on Tuesday, Reese Witherspoon showcased her long and slender legs.

48-year-old actress appeared immaculate, donning a chic black ensemble comprising a peplum jacket and a mini skirt with ruffles.

Alongside her fellow actor Will Ferrell, aged 57, she was accompanied. As they stood for photographs on the red carpet, their friendly demeanor and close proximity suggested a warm and comfortable camaraderie between them.

Witherspoon’s coordinating coat showcased gold accents – the suit jacket had a central zipper and buttons strategically placed on each of its breast pockets.

The fashionista punctuated the chic ensemble with a pair of pointy-toe black pumps. 

Witherspoon and Ferrell showcased their lively, playful interaction during their stroll along the photograph area at the event.

In a well-worn dark brown jacket, he looked smart and stylish, layered over a navy blue crew neck sweater.

He was all about layering as he also wore a lighter-colored collared shirt underneath.

Instead of the original, To complete his red carpet ensemble, the seasoned entertainer accessorized with a relaxed fit pair of olive green trousers and stylish tan-hued suede sneakers.

He was clean-shaven for the event, and his tuft of graying curls was neatly cut. 

You are warmly invited to attend “Two Weddings, a Venue,” a film helmed by Nicholas Stoller, which presents an amusing tale of two weddings mistakenly scheduled on the same day and location.

Trying to save the wedding weekend, the fathers of both brides and the other bride’s sister step in to address the confusion.

In the movie, Reese takes on the role of Margot, a producer from Black Sheep Productions, who graciously offers to organize her younger sibling’s wedding; Will portrays Jim, a father eagerly looking forward to planning his daughter’s matrimony.

Meredith Hagner portrays Reese’s on-screen sibling in the rom-com, and she attended the movie premiere as well.

On Tuesday night, Geraldine Viswanathan, the Australian actress portraying Jenni, Ferrell’s daughter in the movie, donned a dazzling silver gown with a deep neckline.

Her sleek, lengthy black hair was meticulously divided into two halves at the center, while the beauty exuded perfection with an elegant bun-styled hairstyle.

In the upcoming light-hearted movie, it isn’t until both groups attempt to check in at the venue that the oversight of double booking goes unnoticed.

Perplexed hotel employee Leslie (Jack McBrayer) fails to propose a workable solution when it comes to dividing the event space for different wedding parties.

You’re Cordially Invited will premiere January 30 on Prime Video. 

Additionally, the cast includes Celia Weston, Fortune Feimster, Bobby Moynihan, Wyatt Russell, Leanne Morgan, Rory Scovel, and Ramona Young.

There is also a cameo from retired NFL star Peyton Manning.

Reese and Will have shared screen time before, with Reese hosting NBC’s Saturday Night Live around two decades back, specifically in the year 2001.

In a whirlwind of excitement, I found myself donning a vibrant ensemble, a harmonious blend of navy blue, pink, and sunshine yellow, as I made my way towards the screening, feeling every fiber of my being echoing with fervor for the event ahead.
