Relive John Marston’s iconic journey with improved controls designed for mobile

The popular game Red Dead Redemption is now available on mobile for the first time, as Netflix expands its collection of premium mobile games. The game follows the story of John Marston, a former outlaw who is compelled by the government to hunt down his old gang.

The mobile version includes the full story campaign, allowing players to relive John Marston’s adventure through the American West and Mexico. It’s been updated for smartphones with new, easy-to-use controls.

The game also features Undead Nightmare, a separate expansion where the world becomes overrun with zombies, offering a unique survival experience. This mobile version includes all the extra content from the original Game of the Year Edition, but it doesn’t have multiplayer modes.

This game is the second mobile title from Rockstar Games, following the release of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition two years ago in December. It’s launching at the same time as improved versions for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PC, and Nintendo Switch.

Want to play this wild west adventure on your phone? You can now sign up in the Google Play Store or App Store to get a notification when it’s released on December 2, 2025.
