Red Dead Online Has a Load of Blood Money Bonuses Throughout January

In January of 2025, Rockstar unveiled its initial monthly update for Red Dead Online, featuring additional incentives like bonuses for completing Blood Money Contracts, boosting sales of the Collector Set, and recognizing collectibles, among other perks.

1. In Blood Money Contracts, there are rewards that double both RDO$ and XP. For Blood Money Opportunities, the rewards triple RDO$, Gold, and XP. Free Roam Events offer triple RDO$ and XP as well. Collector Set Sales bring double RDO$, Role XP, and additional XP. Discovering Collectibles grants triple Role XP. Complete a Blood Money Opportunity by 3rd February to receive a pair of blue Tied Pants.

2. On Blood Money Contracts, you get a twofold boost for both RDO$ and XP. In Blood Money Opportunities, the rewards are tripled for RDO$, Gold, and XP. Free Roam Events award triple RDO$ and XP too. Collector Set Sales come with double RDO$, Role XP, and extra XP. Finding Collectibles yields triple Role XP. Complete a Blood Money Opportunity by 3rd February to obtain a pair of blue Tied Pants.

3. For Blood Money Contracts, there’s a combined increase of both RDO$ and XP that amounts to twice as much. On Blood Money Opportunities, the rewards are thrice the amount for RDO$, Gold, and XP. Free Roam Events offer the same multiplier for RDO$ and XP. Collector Set Sales come with double RDO$, Role XP, and additional XP. Finding Collectibles grants triple Role XP. Complete a Blood Money Opportunity before 3rd February to receive a pair of blue Tied Pants.

This month, Fast Travel fees are being waived, and if you finish a round in the Condor Egg Free Roam Events, you’ll receive a reward that includes the Lost Jewelry Collector Map. Additionally, playing Red Dead Online this month will net you 25 Capitale and the blue Manteca Hat, as well as five Gold Bars for the Collector’s Bag.

The Shaffer Chap, Cossack Hat, Squat Stovepipe Top Hat, and Eberhart Coat are back temporarily at your local clothing store, along with a free outfit inspired by the community, provided by YouTuber Brute*VS. This special edition includes the Gambler’s Hat, Sheep’s Wool Jacket (for males), Collar Overshirt (for females), Wide Collar Shirtwaist (for females), Workman’s Gloves, Padded Saddle Work Pants, Alvarado Chaps, and Tornado Boots.
