In a new turn of events, Rebel Wilson has once more put up for sale the captivating investment property she owns in Sydney, following its withdrawal from an auction held in 2024.
The actress from Pitch Perfect, now 45 years old, has once again put her stylish Balmain apartment up for sale, this time at a reduced price of $2 million, which is $300,000 lower than her initial asking price.
Inside the historic Lever Brothers soap factory (a listed heritage site), Rebel acquired a two-bedroom apartment even before it was built, back in 2018, at a price of $1.8 million.
The apartment, resembling a house, is divided into two floors, offering a combined living area of approximately 156 square meters, which includes both indoor and outdoor spaces. It features two balconies and a rooftop terrace as well.
Overlooking both the cityscape of the CBD and the Anzac Bridge, this kitchen showcases Carrara quartz stone countertops, an embedded Liebherr refrigerator, and a high-end breakfast bar that exudes luxury.
The entry level of the unit includes two bedrooms and an office area, while the master bedroom showcases a spacious walk-in closet and private bathroom.

Apart from that, the flat boasts oak engineered flooring everywhere, duct-based air conditioning system, and personalized cabinetry as well.
Excited electric vehicle (EV) drivers would be delighted to discover a charging station set up in the well-secured, two-tier parking garage within the building.
Rebel first listed the property back in June last year, with an asking price of $2.3million.
Later in July, she took the property off the auction block, followed by hiring her younger sister, Anna Wilson (also known as Annachi), to handle the sale of the property instead.
Back in 2022, Rebel offloaded her stunning Birchgrove property for an eye-watering $9.5 million.
In early 2015, she purchased a three-bedroom property for approximately $3.76 million, following which she hired architect Paul O’Connor to carry out an intricate remodeling process.
The actress made a staggering profit of $5.74million after owning the house for just seven years.
In the very same year, Rebel acquired another estate in Birchgrove, valued at $3.6 million, using her production company, Camp Sugar Productions.

As a lifestyle expert, I would express it this way: Upon learning about Rebel’s deeply moving announcement, I was saddened to hear that her cherished grandmother, who lived an impressive 95 years, has passed away. My heart goes out to Rebel during this difficult time.
In July, she shared the news on Instagram, accompanied by a reel featuring various photos of her grandmother Gar, her wife Ramona Agruma, and other family members.
‘Farewell to my extraordinary Grandma Gar, truly the greatest grandmother anyone could have,’ the actress started in a heartfelt message.
As an ardent admirer, I find myself compelled to express my sentiments about a remarkable woman who left us at the venerable age of 95. Among her many treasured memories, one stands out as particularly captivating – her deep affection for “The Wizard of Oz.”
You see, this movie held a special place in her heart, not merely because it was a classic tale, but due to an intriguing backstory that unfolded during her youth. Her father had prohibited her from watching it, deeming her as mischievous. But life has a peculiar way of working out the mysteries we yearn for, and eventually, she was granted the chance to witness this enchanting spectacle. The joy that filled her eyes as she shared this tale with me, echoed the magical journey Dorothy embarked upon in the Land of Oz. It is tales like these that remind us of the power of dreams, perseverance and the magic contained within a movie.
The loss occurred just months after Rebel’s grandfather died at the age of 97 in December.
On Instagram at the time, Rebel posted a picture of herself with her grandpa who was 97 years old, writing, ‘Farewell, Poppy – a vibrant 97 years. Truly the greatest grandpa!’
In a simple and natural way, we could say: The Rebel’s grandmother had the opportunity to witness their second wedding, where they married each other (Ramona and the Rebel), in Australia during December.
The actress publicly announced their marriage through a set of images she posted on Instagram, which showed them as a married couple following a legal ceremony in her hometown.

At the wedding, it was Liberty who officiated, and only the dearest relatives and friends of the rebel were present. The bride, as it turned out, is none other than her sister.
‘My sister Liberty officiated our legal wedding in Sydney!’ she wrote at the time.
It was a joy for us that our 94-year-old grandma, Gar, could join us. It held a particular significance as she was part of the celebration, and it seemed fitting to host the event in my hometown during this magnificent season.
Last year, on September 28, Rebel and Ramona held their wedding ceremony in Sardinia, Italy. Their daughter, Royce, served as the flower girl.
