Rebel Wilson Goes Full Easter Bunny for Her High-Maintenance Toddler’s Egg Hunt

Rebel Wilson has pulled out all the stops for Easter. 

An Australian actress chose to wear a vintage-style Easter Bunny outfit as she organized an egg hunt for her little daughter and her playmates.

In the photos she posted on Instagram, the actress from Pitch Perfect could be seen with a basket laden with chocolates, which she concealed around the yard for her two-year-old, Royce.

Wishing you all a Happy Easter! I put on an Easter Bunny costume and organized an egg hunt with my little one… and possibly indulged in a baker’s dozen of Cadbury Creme Eggs,” says Rebel.

The 45-year-old then explained that she’d indulged in a few too many chocolate morsels herself. 

Tomorrow, I’m committing myself to a six-week journey without chocolate – care to join me? We can start this challenge together on Monday!

It comes after Rebel revealed her toddler daughter Royce is living up to her high-end luxury name.

On The Jonathan Ross Show, she shared insights into her family life, discussing it openly. She also revealed that her two-year-old child, born via surrogacy in 2022, is part of her family alongside her spouse, Ramona Agruma.

In our conversation, the Australian actress shared her remorse over naming her child Royce, as it’s a name associated with the upscale British automaker, Rolls-Royce. She playfully admitted that she was beginning to adopt some high-maintenance qualities.

‘Her name is Royce,’ Rebel said.

It might not have been the best idea to give her a name from a British luxury car brand, as she does require quite a bit of attention.

As a completely smitten admirer, I find myself humbly massaging the tiny toes of my cherished 2.5-year-old every night before bedtime. Last night, I indulged in this ritual for nearly an hour!

‘I said, “I should have called you Volvo.” I don’t know why I got suckered into that.’

Additionally, Rebel discussed with host Jonathan his recent marital status, as he got married to Ramona Agruma last year.

She mentioned that her sister earns extra income by officiating weddings, they staged a mock wedding in Italy before officially tying the knot in Australia.

Last week, my sister was swamped with events. First, she got married to me, followed immediately by tying the knot with our mother the very next day. Unfortunately, neither of us provided compensation for this double wedding, and now she’s quite distraught over it.

Rebel dramatically shed 36kg (80lb) after embarking on a ‘year of health’ in 2020.

Previously, she shared with OK! Magazine that she had felt unsure before embarking on her weight reduction journey.

Rebel, a recent user of Ozempic, expressed surprise when he said, ‘I didn’t think I was capable of achieving this.’

2020 marked the year when I dedicated myself fully and accomplished my goal, yet I found myself feeling melancholic. The thought that crossed my mind was, “At 40, why didn’t I achieve this 10, 20 years ago?

‘I felt like this sadness, that I’d hidden away from people and from relationships.’ 

In her younger years, the actress from “Senior Year” admitted there were instances where she struggled to assert herself, explaining that she often coped with stress by eating, which unfortunately led to a harmful pattern of self-destructive behavior towards her body.
