Rebel Wilson has lowered the cost for her spacious Los Angeles residence, which she previously used as a workspace.

44-year-old actress from Pitch Perfect initially put up her LA property, nestled in the prestigious Fairfax District, on sale back in June for a price of $4.15 million. She had purchased this newly built house in 2016 for $2.95 million.

As a die-hard admirer, I can’t help but share this update: The Australian actress, who holds my heart on screen, has reduced the asking price for her second Los Angeles abode by an astonishing $300,000! Now listed at $3.85 million, it seems she’s more eager than ever to find the perfect buyer for this piece of real estate that holds a piece of her heart too.

Tracy Tutor, a star from Million Dollar Listing, has put up for sale a spacious five-bedroom, six-bathroom house through Douglas Elliman.

Spanning over a generous area of approximately 4,409 square feet, this two-story dwelling features high, spacious ceilings in numerous areas and boasts several cozy fireplaces.

Additionally, it boasts a spacious, integrated gourmet kitchen with top-tier Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, seamlessly connecting to the lower levels for living and dining.

There is also an expansive media room and a custom gym. 

On the upper level of the house, you’ll find a shared bedroom reminiscent of Jack and Jill, along with a master suite boasting a personal balcony and a deluxe attached bathroom for private use.

The backyard retreat is beautifully landscaped, boasting a covered patio, sparkling pool and spa.

In an interview with the New York Post in June, real estate agent Tracy Tutor mentioned that Rebel mainly utilized the property as a workspace.

‘She worked there every day and has spent the occasional night there,’ she said.

‘This was a great space for her to be creative, write, host meetings, host parties.’

Additionally, it was stated in the article that Rebel penned a significant portion of her latest autobiography, titled Rebel Rising, at her residence in West Hollywood.

Additionally, she developed concepts for her 2019 movie “The Hustle” and her upcoming 2022 film “Senior Year”, along with a variety of social media material, within the luxurious residence, as reported by the publication.

Tracy mentioned that the significant alteration Rebel brought to the house was transforming the garage into a gym, even installing a bright pink neon sign proclaiming it as “Rebel Gym.”

She informed The Post that she hadn’t altered the physical structure of the house, but instead, she had become extremely focused on improving her fitness and overall well-being.

She expressed her desire for transforming the area into a vibrant gym suitable for daily workouts by saying, “I want to make this place a lively gym where I can exercise daily.”

Currently, Rebel resides primarily in her home, which is nestled in the Hollywood Hills. Alongside her partner Ramona Agruma and their 22-month-old daughter Royce, this is where they share their lives.
