Nestled within the inner sanctum of entertainment channel U&W’s London office, high-ranking officials find themselves grappling with an intriguing predicament.

They’re deeply considering whether people have a strong enough interest in Rebekah Vardy to produce an entire documentary series on her, given her controversial status as a WAG.

For several months, representatives from an obscure production company have been discussing a reality TV show with Mrs. Vardy, who’s married to the Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy. The show, which focuses on her daily life, is of great interest to both parties and they are eager for it to be broadcast.

One significant reason for this is that she is now obligated to pay a £1.6 million legal fee following her decision last week to conclude her high-profile lawsuit against fellow WAG (wives and girlfriends of footballers) and former friend, Coleen Rooney – famously referred to as the ‘Wagatha Christie’ trial.

The executives at the broadcasting company have ordered a trial episode, yet they are still uncertain if they’ll approve an entire series and a substantial amount of funding for it.

For me, a seasoned lifestyle advisor, it’s evident that such an opportunity is drawing my attention at this stage in life, aged 43. This move could potentially revitalize not only my financial standing but also restore my esteemed reputation, following the trial’s conclusion.

The suggested program offers unprecedented glimpses into her life, providing entry for cameras to her opulent £3 million mansion in Lincolnshire, with the promise of revealing her life as a stylish mother of five kids.

It’s worth noting that when the High Court delivered its judgment on Thursday, Rebekah, who is infamous for her brash and sometimes harsh actions, decided to adopt a new approach at that particular moment.

Certainly, her display of generosity following the loss was truly unexpected, given it came after a long, six-year legal fight that carried a hefty price tag and left many people exchanging harsh words and accusations in the public eye.

Through her newly appointed representative, she expressed a combination of respect and disappointment that the appeal did not yield a positive outcome.

‘Now we just wish to move on and look to the future,’ it added.

In stark contrast to her heated reaction following her defeat at the High Court in 2022, where she vehemently criticized Mrs. Justice Steyn’s ruling, stating that she made many errors and asserting that such a decision was unacceptable to her.

So what has changed?

A trusted source close to Rebekah shares that Unscripted & Wonderful (U&W) have hesitated about producing a program due to Rebekah’s history of being quite unkind in the past.

The challenge some executives face is whether the general audience will find her appealing enough to watch. Given her past behavior, it’s hard not to speculate that this more mature demeanor could be an effort to transform her image as a kinder person and change her ways.

It’s clear that Rebekah would make for quite an engaging personality, but it’s important to note that U&W caters specifically to women, and historically, Rebekah has had a rather unfavorable image. There seems to be a preference among them for Coleen instead.

Since 2019, two ex-contestants from I’m A Celebrity have been embroiled in a lengthy legal argument. This dispute arose when Mrs. Rooney, wife of the former England striker Wayne Rooney, conducted an intricate undercover operation to unmask the individual leaking information about her personal life to the media.

After some detective work, Colleen uncovered the fact that just a single individual had accessed her exclusive Instagram account, where she had intentionally posted fictitious tales that eventually got leaked.

In a now-infamous ‘reveal’ post, Coleen wrote: ‘It’s……….. Rebekah Vardy’s [social media] account.’

For Rebekah, the court case significantly damaged her public standing. Even though she strongly contested Coleen’s statement, the High Court concluded that there was substantial truth in it and that she aided her former agent, Caroline Watt, in leaking information to the press.

The recent 10-million-pound deal Coleen secured from Disney+ for a reality show underscores the perception that these two women are seen in distinctly different ways by those who make such decisions.

Indeed, they are investigating Vardy. They’ve reached out to various individuals within the TV and entertainment world to gather opinions on her – including me.

If Rebekah manages to close the deal, it could prove quite profitable, despite rumors suggesting U&W will pay her a staggering £3 million. However, I’ve been informed that this figure is significantly exaggerated.

Beyond doubt, Jamie Vardy and his wife Rebekah might be contemplating his football career future too. With Leicester City’s struggle against relegation in the Premier League appearing increasingly challenging, it seems likely that his dream with the club may soon be over.

38-year-old’s present deal expires in June, making it improbable that he will feature in elite league competitions during the upcoming season.

It’s been whispered that he might join West Ham, but due to his advanced age, any contract there would likely be short-term and offer lower pay compared to what he could earn elsewhere.

The situation raises an intrigue as to how the wealthy pair, known for their £15million fortune, will sustain their opulent way of life, complete with extravagant vacations to Dubai, Lapland, and the Alps.

Over the past summer, I penned a piece that disclosed the development of a partnership between herself and Lauryn Goodman, who was previously involved with soccer player Kyle Walker from England and is now mother to two of his kids.

It seems that Rebekah became very upset and posted criticisms about me on her Instagram (though I couldn’t see it because I had been blocked beforehand).

In a message, she expressed her frustration by saying, “Katie Hind, you chose the wrong target today. I can’t stand your constant sensationalism in journalism, your misguided attempts, and the falsehoods you spread.

I’m used to comments like these – particularly when what I write is true.

In 2017, during my visit to her estate in Lincolnshire for an interview, she came across as quite unfriendly. There wasn’t the slightest bit of warmth or greeting when I was presented to her in her kitchen – just a quick appraisal followed by sending me to play with her two-year-old daughter, Sofia, until she was ready to speak with me.

Shortly before I left, she told me to ‘get the teas in’.

Friends of Rebekah’s assure me that she is ‘actually alright when you get to know her’.
