Rebecca Judd’s AFL star husband Chris reveals the WAG’s porn link – and its surprising connection to her iconic Brownlow dress
As a lifestyle expert with a keen eye for fashion and a deep appreciation for the intricacies of celebrity culture, I find this story about Chris Judd and his wife Rebecca’s iconic red gown utterly captivating. The tale of how a seemingly innocent and stunning dress could have potentially ended up in an adult film is nothing short of extraordinary.
Chris Judd recently shared some provocative insights about the well-known red dress that catapulted his spouse, Rebecca Judd, into stardom during the 2004 Brownlow Medal event.
The low-cut, stylish dress with a deep v-neck and high slit, designed by Ruth Tarvydas from Perth, retails for approximately $2,000.
Currently, Chris, aged 40, recently disclosed an intriguing connection between a stunning dress he unveiled on The Front Bar, which was once modeled by Melbourne’s renowned WAG at the age of 21, and the adult entertainment industry.
He shared with hosts Andy Maher, Sam Peng, and Anthony Lehmann that the story behind the red dress had an unexpected twist, as it turned out Bec had been requested to give away the dress for charity.
She made a charitable contribution that fetched a substantial sum of $20,000, which was quite a significant amount back then, and if you consider that it was twenty years ago, that check would have been even more impressive.
It seems that the item had been purchased by a movie producer from the film industry, who intended to create an adult-themed production involving the dress, with a woman as the central character wearing it.
Chris elaborated that the creator of explicit content was planning a provocative production for a movie called “The Downlow,” which was a clever twist on the name Brownlow.
In the movie, they plan to show a character wearing the same dress that Bec had on at the 2004 Brownlow Medal event, with Chris humorously suggesting that Vin Diesel could portray him.
As a devoted supporter, I must share that the football icon communicated their displeasure upon learning the intended purpose of the dress, leading them to ultimately withdraw from the agreement.
The dress was returned to the charity, who gave the $20,000 back to the porn producer, but Chris and Bec haven’t a clue where the dress has ended up now.
Twenty years back, Bec first graced the red carpet at the 2004 Brownlow Medal event, donning a dress that would later be known as an icon.
At the tender age of 21, she made a striking entrance, appearing in a deep-necked red gown accompanied by her boyfriend Chris, at the 2004 Brownlow Medal event.
The costume, featuring a low-cut neckline that dropped below her navel and a bold slit up the thigh, was designed by Perth’s Ruth Tarvydas, carrying a price tag of $2,000.
Becky, mother of four and wife to a formerly prominent football player (now retired), has discussed the fate of the well-known dress she wore when a famous photograph was taken of her.
“Indeed, what a moment! It’s hard to believe it’s been so long. I donated the dress to a charity event for auction, and I haven’t caught sight of it since that memorable evening,” she shared with Zen Design.
