Rebecca Judd reveals her secret to avoiding burn out just in time for the silly season: ‘It’s amazing what it can do for your soul’

Rebecca Judd has revealed why she often spends one night away from her family. 

On Wednesday, the wife of an AFL player shared a post on Instagram as she found ways to entertain herself during their luxury vacation at a top-tier Japanese resort with her spouse and four kids.

The 41-year-old posted a Q&A box for her 755,000 followers to engage with. 

‘I’m on holidays and have lots of spare time all of a sudden,’ she wrote. ‘Ask me anything.’ 

One follower asked the model and influencer how she copes with burnout. 

Exhaustion caused by long-term job-related stress, affecting one’s mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing, is referred to as burnout. This usually happens in work environments.

In her reply, the mother of four shared that she purposefully steps aside from her family to avoid exhaustion, by taking some personal time for herself.

Instead of sharing her response to the question directly, she chose to discuss it on her Instagram Stories by outlining her methods for maintaining mental health.

I’m all about prioritizing a solid slumber, sweating it out in my infrared sauna, pushing myself for exercise even when I’d rather not, abstaining from alcohol, setting boundaries when needed, and occasionally stealing some tranquil time away from the family bustle to recharge.

Reflecting further, here’s what Bec meant: A single night without any demands can work wonders for one’s spirit.

Bec and her AFL star spouse Chris Judd have lately enjoyed some vacation time without their children, spending substantial amounts at Indonesian resorts and enjoying the island lifestyle.

Two months back, the renowned couple from Melbourne enjoyed a getaway at a private island resort in Indonesia before moving on to Singapore, where they stayed at the legendary Raffles Hotel, once graced by luminaries such as Michael Jackson and Charlie Chaplin.

Spending a single night at an opulent hotel, the socialite along with her ex-AFL star spouse paid a hefty sum of $1,899 for the privilege to reside in the luxurious Palm Court Suite.

Following the announcement that Bec had successfully finished refurbishing her Mornington Peninsula vacation house, which she purchased for just $1.2 million over a decade ago.

Located approximately 85 kilometers outside Melbourne, close to Arthurs Seat, this three-bedroom home boasts breathtaking landscaped gardens and an elegant outdoor dining area for entertaining.

‘Arthurs Seat is complete,’ Bec gushed in an Instagram post last Friday.

2010 saw the marriage between football legend Chris and his partner Bec. They are now blessed with a family of five, including their daughter Billie who is 9 years old, their son Oscar who turns 12 this year, as well as twin boys Darcy and Tom.

In response to a fan’s question about where the Judds would be celebrating Christmas, Bec posted an overhead view photo of the Club Med Hokkaido resort as a hint.

As a die-hard fan, I must admit, I’m feeling a tad apprehensive. The question lingers: will they pull off the holiday magic this year? Communication, admittedly, hasn’t been top-notch in leading up to it.
