I had the privilege of witnessing this firsthand when I had the honor to share a stage with him at Newport. It was an unforgettable moment for me, one that I will cherish forever.

Following heartfelt homages from close colleagues and cherished peers such as Barbra Streisand and Dolly Parton for the departed Kris Kristofferson, a multitude of tributes from famous figures have since emerged.

The renowned entertainer, who was 88, died at his residence in Maui on Saturday, as reported by his family in an official statement, with the incident occurring on Sunday.

Currently, numerous celebrities are taking after Babs and Dolly by showcasing their admiration for this versatile artist on various social platforms.

Among them is also the well-known country artist and actor – Reba McIntire – who expressed, ‘He was such a gentleman, kind-hearted individual, and a word enthusiast. I am grateful for having had the opportunity to meet him and spend time with him. One of my favorite people. Farewell, Kris.’

I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with him on the set of “Outlaw Justice” in Spain back in 1998. The memories I made with him during that time will forever hold a special place in my heart. My sincerest condolences extend to his beloved wife Lisa, his family, friends, and all those who were touched by his incredible spirit and talent. Rest in peace, Kris Kristofferson.
