Electronic Arts has announced that its popular racing game, Real Racing 3, will no longer be available after March 19, 2026. The game, which first launched in 2013 and has been a successful part of the award-winning Real Racing series, is ending its run after twelve years of providing players with exciting racing experiences.
Devs confirmed that the decision to end service came after much consideration
Many of you probably know Real Racing 3, the game where you could drive a huge collection of over 600 officially licensed cars from 52 different makers – I especially loved driving Porsche, Koenigsegg, and Ford. What I found really unique was the need to keep your cars maintained and serviced while racing on over 59 tracks across 28 real-world locations.
Important news for Real Racing 3 players: After twelve amazing years, we’ve made the tough decision to end support for the game. Real Racing 3 will be removed from app stores soon.

The team announced on X (formerly Twitter) that Real Racing 3 will no longer be available after March 19, 2026. They explained this was a difficult decision, and they expressed gratitude for the past twelve years, calling the experience with players “remarkable.”
You can play and spend any remaining in-game currencies until EOS
After the recent announcement, the game no longer allows any purchases and is no longer available to download. However, you can continue playing with any remaining in-game currency until the servers are shut down. As a thank you for playing, you’ll receive 1000 Gold, along with the Audi S1 e-tron quattro and the 2023 Rimac Nevera.
It’s disappointing to see this series end, as it holds a lot of nostalgic value for many of us who grew up with it. Many fans share this sentiment, with one person saying, “Thank you for making my teenage years so enjoyable and introducing me to racing.”
However, the lack of refunds or an offline option is disappointing, and it’s understandable why some fans are frustrated and asking what will happen to the money they’ve already spent.
