Real Housewives star reveals desperate plans to leave Dubai amid Iran’s retaliatory missile strikes

Recent events in Dubai, including retaliatory strikes, have left another cast member of The Real Housewives of Dubai facing an unsettling situation.

Caroline Brooks told TMZ she’s eager to leave Dubai and is making plans to do so as quickly as possible.

Following military actions by the US and Israel targeting Iran, Iran responded with air strikes over the weekend against the United Arab Emirates and other locations. Dubai, a popular destination for social media influencers, reportedly sustained considerable damage.

Strikes have disrupted air travel around Dubai, causing all flights to and from the area to be cancelled initially. Now, a limited number of flights are operating in Dubai.

Oh, my heart just breaks thinking about it! Apparently, little Brooks – he’s only 37, can you believe it? – has been so affected by everything going on. He’s completely terrified to even leave the city now! He actually sees it like a war zone, which just… destroys me. It’s awful to think he’s living in fear like that.

They’re hoping to book flights to the US soon and stay with Brooks’ parents while they’re in Boston.

She’s been sharing updates about the situation on her Instagram Stories, explaining how difficult it’s been to find out about evacuations.

Marco Rubio needs to take action! There’s a lot of confusion with evacuation instructions – we’re being told to coordinate with the embassy, but they’re currently unable to help. We need a plan to get everyone home now.

She then explained she quickly got more understandable information: ‘I called back and a different woman answered. She was very kind! She said the official evacuation plan would be released soon, so I should watch for it. The first person I spoke with was really rude, and I told her so!’

Brooks is not the only star from the show navigating the conflict.

Caroline Stanbury is attempting to return to Dubai to be with her twin sons, who are still there.

I’m so grateful for all the lovely messages! I’m currently in Los Angeles, but it’s difficult being away from my sons who are in Dubai,” she shared.

The mother added that her children were safe and both she and they were happy with their current situation.

‘Obviously I would like to get back as soon as I can but that’s not possible right now.’

In her video, the TV personality reassured viewers that everyone is doing alright and that her sons are coping very well.

We’re all just hoping to see how things progress, but the UAE seems to be handling the situation very well. They’re doing a fantastic job, and that’s what we’re all looking for.

Besides her sons, Stanbury also has a daughter named Yasmine with her former husband, Cem Habib. Yasmine will be 20 years old on March 7th.

She concluded, ‘I will be back on the next plane I can back to the Dubai.’

On Friday, President Trump stated that the United States and Israel had begun military actions against Iran.

Several Gulf countries have been the target of actions by Iran since Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the country’s Supreme Leader, passed away on Saturday.

Missiles have hit countries across the Middle East, including Qatar, the UAE, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, as well as parts of Cyprus. Thousands of British citizens remain stranded in the affected areas.

Trump publicly addressed the first American deaths in the war on Sunday, speaking in an exclusive phone interview with the Daily Mail.

Three US service members, who have not been publicly identified, were killed in the fighting.

The President described them as ‘great people’ and expressed a somber expectation that similar unfortunate events might occur in the future, adding it ‘could happen again’.
