Mia Thornton, a cast member on Real Housewives of Potomac, has disclosed that she and her partner known as Incognito have parted ways.

40-year-old housewife, involved in speculation about an engagement in January 2024, had been dating Incognito (also known as Inc) for approximately a year. This week, Thornton publicly announced their separation to The Shade Room.

She shared that Inc, who’s simply amazing in countless aspects, holds a special place in her heart, but she’s choosing to prioritize her children and nurture a strong co-parenting bond with their dad. They first dated during their high school years.

Mia seemed to stir up rumors that her relationship with Inc had ended, as she posted a New Year’s Eve selfie with her estranged husband Gordon Thornton on social media.

After spending 11 years together as a married couple, they’ve gone separate ways, but they haven’t officially ended their marriage through a divorce settlement yet.

They share son Jeremiah, nine, and daughter Juliana, seven. 

Mia is also mother to a teenage son named Joshua from a previous relationship.

This past week, she posted pictures on social media showing her with her two little ones during a trip they took together to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina.

Approximately a month prior to making their latest separation public, Thornton had a conversation about potentially having kids with Incognito.

She shared with Bravo’s The Daily Dish that she and her partner are considering having more children. They plan to be patient in the process, and while he prefers her to carry the children, she is open to using a surrogate. He wants two additional kids, so they hope for support during this time.

The star remarked, “We’re proceeding cautiously, and once the right moment arrives, we’ll make that choice. However, I am certainly looking into various possibilities, such as egg freezing and similar matters.

The mother of three pointed out, ‘Since I’m aware that my biological time is running out. It may have already run its course.’

She elaborated on their relationship approach by saying, “I simply wished to ensure we’re proceeding correctly… Our goal is to cherish one another first, and later consider expanding our family with more children.

Mia went public with Incognito in 2023, months after sharing her separation from Gordon.

She spoke candidly about sharing parenting responsibilities with her ex: ‘There are good times, there are tough times, but I’m lucky to have someone to co-parent with. Gordon is an excellent father, and he’s always involved.’

Regarding Inc, he is certainly involved in managing daily affairs. However, it’s fair to say that the majority of parental responsibilities lie with us, being their parents. Nevertheless, Inc is also present.
