Real Housewives of Orange County: Tamra Judge BLASTS ‘alcoholic’ Shannon Storms Beador for drinking during a dinner party… after her DUI hit and run
As a long-time fan of the Real Housewives franchise, I must say that this episode was quite a rollercoaster ride! It seems like the ladies of Orange County are going through some major ups and downs, both personally and interpersonally.
As a lifestyle connoisseur, I found myself quite taken aback during last night’s episode of The Real Housewives Of Orange County on Bravo, when Tamra Judge expressed surprise upon Shannon Storms Beador ordering a drink at our dinner gathering.
‘Oh yeah an alcoholic should drink,’ Tamra, 56, said.
“I abstain from alcohol entirely, as I’ve learned the hard way that it’s not safe for me to drive, under any circumstances.” (Paraphrased from Vicki Gunvalson’s statement regarding Beador’s September 2023 DUI hit-and-run incident)
Shannon, aged 60, expressed this way: “Who gave you the authority to decide both my verdict and punishment? Every single morning, I’m reminded of the events.”
‘Is that after you have a drink?’ Tamra said.
Shannon advised Tamra to take a closer look at her personal drinking habits, to which Tamra replied, “There’s a significant distinction between enjoying oneself socially and being addicted to alcohol.”
‘This has to stop!’ Shannon said. ‘I’ve had two conversations with you on the telephone.’
‘And you were drunk every time,’ Tamra said.
‘You need to stop!’ Shannon said.
The incident unfolded during a gathering at a nearby eatery hosted by Gina Kirschenheiter, aged 40. Shannon accompanied Vicki as a show of support. Alexis Bellino, also 47, addressed the absence of new housewife Katie Ginella, 40, from her golf event to her.
Tamra remarked in a private moment, “It doesn’t surprise me that Shannon invited Vicki along; she requires backup. In fact, Shannon prefers others to carry out her dirty deeds so she can maintain an innocent image.”
Vicki told Shannon she could order a drink because she wasn’t driving.
Later on, Tamra shared with Shannon that she’d been dishonest about covering all expenses with John Janssen. This was the final straw for Shannon, who decided to walk away. Alexis then revealed that Shannon owed John $75,000 for a facelift and a loan. She presented the women with proof of the wire transfers, making Shannon even more distressed as she discovered she had receipts from John.
‘Was it a gift or a loan?’ Katie asked.
‘They were loans,’ Alexis said.
‘Alexis why are you involved with John’s money with Shannon?’ Vicki asked.
‘My boyfriend’s reputation has been demolished,’ Alexis said.
Jenn Pedranti, 47, walked out to check on Shannon.
‘I hate this,’ Shannon said. ‘I got my ex-boyfriend’s girlfriend that he coached yet again.’
Shannon said ‘you have no idea the story about John Janssen.’
Tamra told Vicki that she was enabling Shannon.
‘Liar face better shush it,’ Alexis said.
After that, Alexis decided to leave on her own accord. Meanwhile, Vicki announced her departure as well due to the poisonous environment around them.
‘We don’t treat people this way,’ Vicki said. ‘This is not how we treat women.’
‘She needs to be in rehab!’ Tamra said. ‘She’s a f***ing alcoholic.’
‘You guys just tone it down on how mean you are,’ Vicki said.
‘I honestly thought this was going to bring everybody together,’ Gina said.
In the episode entitled “Dinner Party Disaster,” I made my way over to Katie’s abode for some quality time. The moment I arrived, I sensed there was something on my mind that needed addressing – a matter concerning Tamra who, as I confided, had been discussing me in her absence.
As I strolled alongside my dear friend Emily Simpson, age 48, our conversation turned to the latest news – Jenn and her partner, Ryan Boyajian, had shared on social media that they were currently enjoying Las Vegas!
‘She can’t sit at home and look at her empty bank account,’ Tamra said.
Emily advised Katie that, should she accuse Heather Dubrow, aged 55, of summoning paparazzi for a photograph, she ought to make sure everything is properly arranged and organized, just like having all one’s plans in order.
Simultaneously, Heather shared her concerns about Katie’s actions during the Golf event with her spouse, Terry. She expressed disapproval of how Gina let Katie spread rumors about paparazzi without informing her first. Later, Heather invited Gina and Jenn for a Galentine day gathering. As part of the celebration, they all applied face masks. Eventually, Gina confessed that she was aware since Christmas that Katie had claimed Heather had summoned photographers to capture her image at Disneyland.
‘What’s upsetting to me is why didn’t you tell me in December?’ Heather said.
Gina mentioned, “It seemed beneficial for everyone to just move past that incident and not discuss it again.”
‘I wish you had said something,’ Heather said.
‘I f***ed up and I’m sorry,’ Gina said.
Heather said she wanted to keep her distance from Katie.
On our 15th wedding anniversary, my dear husband Shane and I ventured out for a memorable dinner together. During the course of our meal, I posed a heartfelt question to him: “If we could turn back time, would you still choose me?” To my delight, he responded with an emphatic yes. He often shares with our children how fortunate they are to have such a wonderful mother.
‘You have those clothes?’ Shane said.
‘I’ll wear them later,’ Emily said.
Gina had a coffee meeting with Katie, where she shared that she sided with Heather. Later on, Gina asked Katie not to discuss the matter.
Gina explained, “I find myself in a tough spot. I value my relationship with Heather deeply, and I won’t risk it due to decisions that have been made.”
Katie started crying. Gina apologized.
Shannon had lunch with her dad, Gene, where she shared that she required a vehicle and to install an ignition interlock device due to her DUI sentence.
‘It’s going to be a reminder every day of my stupid decision,’ Shannon said.
‘Are you cutting down somewhat on the drinking?’ Gene asked.
As a dedicated teetotaler, I find myself imbibing sparingly, Dad. I usually stick to just two alcoholic beverages, and there are times when I choose to abstain entirely during social outings.
‘You hit rock bottom so now you’re going up,’ Gene said.
“Shannon shared some troubling information,” she said. “Apparently, John Janssen claims I owe him $75,000, and unless I settle the debt, he threatens to take legal action against me.”
Shannon said as far as she was concerned John was just giving her the money.
As a seasoned lawyer with years of experience under my belt, I firmly believe that standing ground is crucial when faced with unjust accusations, even if it means facing significant financial burdens. In my career, I’ve seen many individuals wrongfully accused, only to regret not fighting the case later on. So, in response to your question, ‘Why would he want to sue you when you paid for everything before?’, my advice is unequivocal: fight it. It doesn’t matter what the cost might be; you must stand firm and defend yourself. The price of peace of mind and protecting your reputation is priceless in the long run.
In a casual setting, the conversation might go like this: “Tamra visited Alexis Bellino’s place. Seems like Alexis was upset because Katie hadn’t invited her to a golf event. Tamra shared that Shannon used to call her in tears every day, causing a lot of stress for her.”
In a confessional, Tamra expressed that she had constantly been there for someone else’s needs, yet when it came to her own rare instances of needing assistance, that person was seemingly unavailable.

In a private moment, Tamra remarked, ‘He admitted last year that he covered the cost of her facial surgery.’ She added, ‘When relationships end, it’s customary to return a ring or something similar. I just can’t comprehend how one could return a facelift!’
‘She’s poking a bear,’ Alexis said.
