Real Housewives Of Miami star reveals the ‘life-changing’ cosmetic procedures she got after her first season

Stephanie Shojaee, from The Real Housewives of Miami, is now sharing details about the plastic surgery she recently had.

At BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas, while Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Denise Richards noticeably altered her appearance, Stephanie shared that she’d had at least three cosmetic procedures since joining the show earlier this year.

She also credited her pal Larsa Pippen, 51, with helping to facilitate one of the procedures.

During a panel discussion on Saturday with fellow stars from The Real Housewives of Miami, 41-year-old reality star Adriana intentionally highlighted her décolletage, as reported by People magazine.

In a playful exchanged, she was asked to describe for the audience what ‘Vegas Steph’ looks like.

Stephanie said, ‘She’s really letting loose.’ She explained she was out drinking and openly showing off her breasts, which she’d recently had augmented.

Larsa, noticeably having fuller lips at the event, claimed she played a part in her fellow cast member’s recent breast augmentation.

Larsa jokingly said that after becoming friends with Stephanie, she’s changed a lot – even going to the same plastic surgeon as Larsa and getting a very different look.

The Daily Mail reached out to Larsa and Stephanie for more information, but they haven’t responded yet.

Stephanie discussed the cosmetic procedures she’s had done during a panel appearance on the Housewife2Housewife show this past Sunday.

‘I did under-chin lipo[suction] a couple months ago and it was life-changing,’ she admitted. 

This procedure eliminates excess fat under the chin to minimize the appearance of a double chin.

Stephanie added that her two surgeries weren’t her only recent cosmetic procedures.

She added that she also ‘did a bunch of laser’ around when she had her under-chin liposuction.

Stephanie had a CO2 laser resurfacing treatment, which uses a gentle laser to remove very thin layers of skin. This helps reduce wrinkles, stretch marks, sun spots, and other common skin concerns, as explained by the Cleveland Clinic.

This laser treatment was originally developed for serious skin conditions like cancer, but a milder form is now widely used to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and other signs of aging.

She mentioned she’d had great results with a CO2 laser treatment, but for her neck, she opted for a lower facelift, as she shared during Sunday’s panel discussion.

It’s unknown whether she had both liposuction under her chin and a lower facelift done in the same surgery, or if they were done at different times.

As a huge fan, I was so excited to see Stephanie finally get a chance to really connect with us after joining RHOM! It meant a lot that she wanted to share what her life is really like, beyond what we see on TV with all the cameras and editing. It felt like a genuine peek behind the scenes, and I really appreciated that.

“A lot of people think I’m only motivated by money, but that’s completely wrong,” she said at the Housewife2Housewife panel. “I’m actually a very generous and kind person.”

Stephanie explained that while she appreciates financial success, it’s not her sole motivation. She’s a dedicated worker who is at the office consistently, day in and day out, and considers herself truly committed to her job. She’s also very self-disciplined.

Larsa’s recent appearance follows a time when fans noticed significant changes to her face, appearing noticeably fuller and plumper.

Kim Kardashian’s former friend said in August that she hadn’t had plastic surgery, explaining that she’d actually just been experiencing an allergic reaction.
