‘Real Housewives’ Lisa and ‘Boob God’ Ex Lenny Settle Defamation Suit, Deny Abuse Claims

In late 2023, Lisa Hochstein and her former spouse, Lenny Hochstein, have come to an agreement on the defamation lawsuit that Lenny had initiated against Lisa.

On April 2nd, a document outlining the settlement was submitted, and records from DailyMail.com reveal that Lenny consented to withdraw his claim for compensation beyond $50,000.

Instead, both he and Lisa have ‘amicably’ agreed to pay their own legal fees.

The couple provided a combined declaration to DailyMail.com concerning the resolution of the defamation lawsuit. This statement referred to Lisa’s initial accusations that the 58-year-old plastic surgeon, often called the ‘boob god’, had physically harmed her, and his subsequent allegations that the 42-year-old reality star was abusive towards him during their marriage.

‘They admitted that the conclusion of their marriage was a deeply hurtful and widely-discussed ordeal, with photos shared online fueling media assumptions and accusations that don’t align with reality.’

‘Dr. Leonard Hochstein and Lisa Hochstein jointly affirm that neither of them has ever inflicted physical harm. Any speculations by the media based on photos or posts are unfounded. We’re both eager to put this behind us and focus on being wonderful parents for our children,’ they stated, drawing a line under the matter.

In response to DailyMail.com, Lenny once more refuted Lisa’s original allegations that he had been physically abusive towards her.

In the course of our divorce, Lisa made false claims against me, alleging numerous serious offenses. Among these accusations, none were more damaging than suggesting that I had ever physically harmed her, he asserted.

The surgeon went on to say, “I’ve never struck a woman in my existence, and that definitely includes Lisa. This allegation has wounded me more than any other. I stand firmly against any form of violence, particularly towards women. It’s reassuring to know she clarified the situation.

As per the agreement, Lenny is set to request that his lawsuit be dropped permanently, implying he won’t have the option to re-submit it at a later time.

On the very same day their mediation session was set, a filing for a settlement agreement was made, as stated in a document filed in March.

In November 2023, Lisa posted a photo to Instagram show what appeared to be a bruise on her arm. 

She penned in the image, ‘Regrettably, I find myself compelled to disclose this. Unfortunately, my situation leaves me no other option.’ In essence, she is being intimidated and hounded via the legal system and through unspecified individuals by Lenny, and it’s time for it to cease.

In the blurry mirror selfie, she quickly marked a circular area on her arm, which seemed like a possible bruise due to its dark appearance.

2023 saw Lisa accusing Lenny of abuse following his withdrawal of the divorce settlement proposal in August. Previously, Lenny had dismissed Lisa’s accusations regarding the bruise as unfounded, instead suggesting that she sustained it when she fell on their staircase while arguing with him.

The footage from an episode of Real Housewives Of Miami showed that Lisa seemed to have a similar-looking scar or tattoo on her arm during filming.

In August 2023, Lenny rescinded his divorce settlement proposal, and soon after, accusations of abuse arose. At first, Lenny rejected Lisa’s assertions concerning the bruise, instead suggesting that she sustained it when she slipped on their staircase during an altercation with him.

In Lenny’s lawsuits alleging defamation against his ex, he additionally claimed that she had been unfaithful to him with her present partner, Jody Glidden. Moreover, in a mocking manner, he referred to her as the genuine “wrecker of homes” in Miami.

Previously, during divorce hearings, Lenny alleged that Lisa had physically pushed him and scolded him at their luxurious Star Island mansion worth $10 million.

The former couple were wed in 2009, and Lenny filed to divorce Lisa in October 2022. 

Towards the end of that month, he made public his romantic involvement with Katharina Mazepa, who had completed her divorce proceedings in April 2023.

Following their public debut, Lisa alleged that her former partner had been involved in a past relationship with Katharina. However, he refuted these claims.

Lenny and Lisa eventually finalized their divorce in November of last year. 

The former couple share two children: son Logan, nine, and daughter Elle, five.

In the terms of their divorce agreement, Lenny has consented to make monthly child support payments totaling $15,000, a figure that will decrease to $10,000 each month after Logan reaches the age of 18.

In the month of July 2023, during their holiday in Ibiza, Spain, Lenny unexpectedly popped the question to Katharina, despite already being legally wed to someone else at that time.

In response, an angry Lisa penned a bitterly sarcastic message of “congratulations” to her current spouse and his alleged lover.

In September 2024, it appeared that Lenny and Katharina were fated for sadness when they announced the termination of their engagement.

In December, it was shared on Instagram by Lenny that he had asked Katharina for her hand in marriage once more, and she graciously agreed to the proposal. However, only scant information was disclosed about the separation.

He penned that, having experienced all that had transpired between them, he would never release her from his grasp again. He characterized their affection as something to be defended vigorously and stronger than it had ever been before.
