Netflix announced that its new sci-fi action movie, War Machine, starring Alan Ritchson (known from Reacher) and Dennis Quaid (Dragonheart), will be released soon. While it won’t be available immediately, the release date is coming up in the near future.
Okay, so the movie is about this group of soldiers going through the toughest part of special ops training. But things get real when aliens actually show up, and their training exercise suddenly becomes a desperate fight to stay alive. It’s not just practice anymore – it’s a battle for our lives!
The popular streaming service will release the movie on Friday, March 6th, just in time for a weekend viewing session.

The film’s stars are joined by a talented supporting cast including Keiynan Lonsdale (known from Love, Simon), Jai Courtney (The Suicide Squad films), Stephan James (If Beale Street Could Talk), Esai Morales (Mission: Impossible movies), and Jack Patten from the Robin Hood series.
Patrick Hughes directed, co-wrote, and co-produced the film. He previously directed The Expendables 3 and The Hitman’s Bodyguard and its sequel.

As of today, Netflix hasn’t shared a trailer or any images for the movie. But actor Dennis Quaid has hinted that War Machine will be a very exciting experience for audiences.
He said he really enjoyed his couple of weeks in Australia. He especially loved playing the role of a general, and it was surprisingly clean – he didn’t even get his uniform dirty!
Alan was covered in mud up to his chest. He’s fantastic in the movie—it’s going to be amazing to watch!

In November, filming for season 4 of Jack Reacher on Prime Video was completed, so fans can likely expect it to be released sometime this year.
The actor joked that filming the show Reacher ages him like presidents do in office. He said each year feels like living ten lifetimes, so being just a week away from finishing feels like a huge relief and a light at the end of the tunnel.
War Machine will release on Netflix on 6 March.
The latest issue of Living Legends is now available, and it’s dedicated to the incredible Dolly Parton! You can purchase “Dolly at 80” at newsstands or online for only £8.99.
