2024’s Esports World Cup consists of a Group phase and Knockout rounds. The Group phase follows a double-elimination structure, divided into two groups containing eight teams apiece. Starting with 16 teams, only eight will make it to the Playoffs – the top four teams from each group proceeding to this stage.

The Playoffs are an eight-team single-elimination format. All matches are best-of-three series with the only exception being the Grand Finals. The Esports World Cup Rainbow Six Siege Grand Final is a best-of-five series. The winner receives the majority of the prize pool amounting to $750,000.
