Mark ‘MG’ Geyer has been sensationally sacked by Triple M according to the Daily Telegraph.
It is said that the NSW State of Origin icon and morning talk show co-host received the news directly from his superior based in Melbourne, who personally traveled to Sydney for this purpose.
This morning’s program found Geyer absent, and neither Mick Molloy, Cat Lynch nor Natarsha Belling spoke about his non-appearance.
Approximately two weeks back, Southern Cross Austereo revealed their plans for Molloy to resume hosting the morning radio show in Melbourne as early as 2025.
However plans for Geyer, 56, have not been announced by the network.
