On my special day turning 24, just like Rachel Zegler did last Friday, I couldn’t help but reflect and share some snapshots from my life on Instagram.
The actress, overlooked for a Tony Award nomination, captivated her audience of 2.5 million through her social media post.
She titled the pictures, some containing song lyrics hinting at her age, with the phrase, ‘At 23, it wasn’t great or terrible, but something in-between. By the way, I’m turning 24 today.’
In the picture, there was a selfie taken using a mirror, showcasing the actress who played Snow White, wearing a revealing blue sports bra.
She sported messy hair while winking at the camera and flashing a thumbs up.
In the upcoming comedy-drama “She Gets It From Me,” Rachel will be sharing the screen with esteemed actress Marisa Tomei.

Zegler’s photo dump also included a selfie taken in a hospital bed.
In the photo, several cables were connected to her chest and abdomen area, yet she appeared fine, even playfully sticking out her tongue.
The captivating actress on the big screen shared more of her enigmatic photos, this time featuring her in a lavender gown and towering, bright pink, platform sandals.
In another frame she modeled a bright orange maxi dress, pairing it with sporty white sneakers.
In the post, her pet dog made two appearances, one being a monochrome video where it was seen licking her face affectionately.
So far, the post has garnered over 230,000 likes, and numerous well-wishers, including fans and friends, have taken to the comment section to share their birthday greetings.
This week, Rachel learned that she wasn’t chosen for a Tony nomination despite her exceptional performance in the Broadway revival of Shakespeare’s Romeo + Juliet.
Instead, she didn’t receive a nomination for Best Actress, but Sadie Sink, Sarah Snook, LaTanya Richardson Jackson, Laura Donnelly, and Mia Farrow were each nominated.

Approximately a month ago, Danica Patrick criticized Rachel’s version of Snow White during its run, as the film’s ticket sales remained disappointingly low in theaters.
The former race car driver and model, 43, shared video critical of the Disney picture as Rachel.
According to reports from Us Weekly, the Instagram account “Irrelevant News” posted a message with the caption “Goodbye,” implying that she has become the most recent celebrity to express her involvement in the controversy surrounding the film.
Despite Snow White’s initial success, having been number one after its launch on March 31st, the action-thriller starring Jason Statham, titled “A Working Man,” claimed the top position a week afterward.
During the film’s promotional events, rumors swirled about a backstage dispute between Rachel and her fellow actress, Gal Gadot.
It’s widely understood that her strong stance on the longstanding Israeli-Palestinian dispute, given her Israeli origin, could have been a significant factor.
