Rachel Stevens celebrates her 48th birthday with sassy post as stunned fans can’t believe her age

Rachel Stevens celebrated her 48th birthday on Thursday with a confident post online, and her fans were amazed – many couldn’t believe how young she looks!

The S Club singer updated her 387,000 Instagram followers with a look at her day.

Rachel was all smiles in a funny video, showing her with a candy floss cake at her table.

The woman, who has two children, looked up when someone placed a birthday headband on her head. It said ‘It’s my birthday’ on it.

Rachel was then handed a pair of black sunglasses. When she turned around again, someone gave her a long candle, which she playfully pretended was a cigarette.

After lighting it, ageless pop star Rachel placed the candle in her cake before blowing it out.

She shared a video set to Michael Bublé’s song “Feeling Good,” and wrote, “Chapter 48 and I’m feeling great!”

Rachel received tons of birthday wishes from fans, but many were shocked by her age, with one person writing, ‘No way! She looks at least 27. Happy birthday!’

Wishing you a very happy birthday! You haven’t aged a bit – you look fantastic, just like your S Club 7 days! And another happy birthday – turning 48 doesn’t even seem possible, you look so young!

Happy birthday, Rachel! I’ve always looked up to you since I was a child, so thank you for being an inspiration. And happy birthday, Rach! Wishing you an amazing year and many more to come. I love you so much!

Rachel revealed in July 2022 that she and her long-time partner, Alex, had separated, just before they would have celebrated their 13th anniversary.

She then split from Dancing On Ice’s Brendyn Hatfield last October after three years together.

Rachel has shared that she had a hard time moving on from her past relationship, explaining that she tended to suppress her emotions.

In a recent interview with HELLO!’s Second Act podcast, Rachel shared that her feelings fluctuate. Some days she feels strong and capable, while other days she just wants to hide and feel sorry for herself.

I experienced a marriage and then a long-term relationship, but I’m not sure I ever truly dealt with the end of my marriage. It felt like I was always in a state of high alert, constantly stressed and anxious.

For years, I pretended to be who I thought everyone else wanted me to be, and I ended up losing sight of who I really was.

Going through a divorce and raising children while dealing with heartbreak, I’ve realized I need to rebuild my life from the ground up. I suppressed my emotions and kind of went numb because the pain was overwhelming.

I tend to pull back and isolate myself when I’m feeling overwhelmed. I’m now working on being kinder to myself and allowing myself to feel whatever comes up, accepting that it’s okay to just be me.

Meanwhile, This Morning host Dermot O’Leary recently revealed he had a dream about Rachel.

Last week on the show, 52-year-old Dermot was joined by his co-star Alison Hammond and dream analyst Theresa Cheung. They worked together to interpret dreams sent in by viewers.

The conversation started when Dermot recounted a strange dream he’d had: pop star Rachel was trying to blackmail him for money.

He shared a strange dream he had, explaining that Rachel Stevens was demanding money from him. He was surprised and felt he had no choice but to pay, though he wasn’t sure why.

Theresa appeared on This Morning to interpret a dream Dermot had, but her explanation left him embarrassed, as she hinted it was somewhat scandalous.

Later in the show, when they announced her dream-themed segment where viewers could call in, Theresa playfully asked listeners to share their dreams and any songs they remembered featuring in them.

‘Have you found yourself in a compromising position with a in your dreams rather like Dermot.’

Dermot immediately responded, firmly stating, ‘I’m not compromising, not at all! My wife is watching, and I won’t compromise.’
