Rachel Riley puts on a leggy display in a floral mini dress as she enjoys family getaway with husband Pasha Kovalev and their kids in Scotland

Rachel Riley showcased her long, elegant figure while having a delightful family vacation with husband Pasha Kovalev and their children in Scotland.

39-year-old The Countdown star and 45-year-old Strictly professional, along with their daughters Maven (age 5) and Noa (age 3), were full of joy as they marked the release of the latest Smurfs movie by spending time at the luxurious Fairmont Hotel in St Andrews, enjoying the occasion together.

Rachel stood out in a mini dress adorned with flowers, complete with flowery embellishments, as she joined golfing companions from the film for a round, then baked treats with her daughters and went for a ride in a golf cart.

The family journeyed north aboard a train beautifully adorned in a Smurfs motif, with the TV personality Rylan, age 36 and known for his portrayal of Vanity Smurf in the movie, spearheading the festivities.

Notable personalities who joined us on the journey were James Bye, a former actor from EastEnders, along with JLS’s Aston Merrygold and their respective families.

As a lifestyle expert, I’d rephrase that as: “Indicative of an unforgettable journey – my child’s heartfelt plea to extend our stay, revealing the magic we’ve shared!

After the premiere of Rachel’s latest show “Shark! Celebrity Infested Waters” on Monday, many viewers found it dull and difficult to watch, labeling it as ‘boring’ and ‘unwatchable’.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m thrilled to share a unique experience that aligns with the 50th anniversary of Jaws. In this new series, I find myself joining an esteemed group of individuals, all sharing a common phobia – fear of the deep sea. In a daring move to conquer our fears, we plunge ourselves into the heart of the ocean, surrounded by its formidable inhabitants, the very predators that have long haunted our dreams. This is more than just a swim; it’s a testament to courage and a celebration of our resilience in the face of fear.

In addition to this, we had Lucy Punch (age 47), Dougie Poynter (age 37), Ade Adepitan (age 52), Sir Lenny Henry (age 66), and Ross Noble (age 48) join us as well.

Instead, it was Helen George from the show “Call The Midwife,” aged 40, whose emotional and apprehensive responses were met with criticism, being labeled as “self-centered” and “irritating.

Expressing it more casually: “Watching X fans, it seems clear that TV executives have run out of original ideas. Now they’re putting celebrities in with sharks just for our entertainment, and one of them is so self-centered, the entire show feels like it’s all about ‘me me me’.

It seems like Helen might be struggling with the concept of this show, ‘Celebrity Infested Waters’. Perhaps she thought it was something more tranquil like swimming with dolphins. It might be best for her to focus on her acting skills instead.

Previously, it was disclosed that the actress from the BBC who portrays nurse Trixie in Call The Midwife has a deep-seated fear of oceans that she’s had for her entire life.

She mentioned that she hadn’t gone deeper than waist-deep in water over the past two decades, due to an earlier experience when she was younger.

In my younger years, I attended a pool party. I recall diving beneath the water, looking up, and finding that floating mats were scattered where I was about to resurface. Unfortunately, I was unable to escape.

Following another scene, it was shown that the actress let out a scream when a stingray seemed to target her lower body area in an unlucky incident.

While she was submerged in the ocean off the Bahamas, a stingray took a keen interest in Helen.

During the encounter, the actress exclaimed, “Jeez, it’s heading straight for my female private area! It’s right there!

Experiencing the sensation, it felt like a gentle tickle. In fact, this is my first time being tickled by a stingray – surprisingly, it turned out to be quite enjoyable.

She added: ‘Didn’t Steve Irwin die of a stingray?’.

Helen mentioned the beloved conservationist and television personality, Steve Irwin, who passed away in 2006, and was fondly called “The Crocodile Hunter.

To give you a hint about what’s upcoming, an ITV representative shared: ‘We challenge a group of famous individuals who have a fear of the ocean to face their most terrifying encounter – sharks.’

In the Bahamas, known as the global hub for sharks, these famous individuals embark on an action-packed adventure. They’ll be testing their boundaries and confronting some of nature’s ‘antagonists’ face to face.

‘Their firsthand experiences will provide immeasurable excitement and new perspective.

As a fervent shark enthusiast, I can’t help but express my deep-seated belief: Sharks hold an indispensable role in the food chain and our ecosystem. Recognizing this truth, we should acknowledge that a world bereft of these awe-inspiring, fearsome creatures would be downright terrifying.

During the filming process, participants will have the opportunity to interact closely with several varieties of shark species.

As a devoted follower and member of the Plimsoll Productions’ team, I proudly share our distinctive advantage in spearheading a groundbreaking format that harmoniously combines conservation efforts with the infectious excitement of popular culture.

We’re always on the hunt for fresh ways to narrate stories about wildlife, and we believe our unique take on a fish-out-of-water narrative, which we’re introducing 50 years after ‘Jaws’, will significantly change how people view these vital predators. Time is running out, so it’s crucial that this transformation occurs soon.

Katie Rawcliffe, who heads ITV’s Entertainment Commissioning, expressed her enthusiasm: “We can’t wait to merge Plimsoll’s top-notch natural history production skills with ITV Entertainment’s know-how!

‘Shark-filled Star-studded Seas presents an extraordinary test for some daring celebrities!’
