The next episode of Race Across the World season 6 is airing a bit earlier than planned, which is actually great news for viewers! But if it’s not on at its usual time, what’s taking its place?
The show usually airs on BBC One on Thursdays at 8pm, but next week’s episode will be on Wednesday at 8pm instead.
The semi-finals of this year’s Eurovision Song Contest will be shown on BBC One this Thursday from 8pm to 10:15pm.
The second Eurovision semi-final is next Tuesday at 8pm. The grand final will be on Saturday at 8pm and is predicted to finish around 11:50pm.
The UK’s Eurovision entry this year is Look Mum No Computer, performing the song ‘Eins, Zwei, Drei’. It’s an energetic pop track with lots of synthesizers, and the lyrics were written by the same songwriters who created the winning songs in 2013 and 2024.

The next episode of Race Across the World will be the semi-final, and it will take the remaining teams to Mongolia – their last and eighth country in the competition.
The teams will face extremely cold weather and challenging driving conditions on rough, remote roads. They’ll often need to share rides instead of using public transportation, and since rides aren’t free in this region, they’ll have to negotiate prices carefully to stay within their budgets.
We’ll also see the contestants try some strong, traditional tea and experience the unique art of throat singing.
Race Across the World will air on Wednesday at 8pm on BBC One and stream on iPlayer next week.
