Queen of Halloween Heidi Klum teases latest spooky look ahead of NYC spectacular

Heidi Klum gave another big clue about her Halloween costume before her famous Halloween party this year.

On Friday, the 52-year-old model shared a photo on Instagram hinting at her Halloween costume.

The image showed a grotesque mouth with razor-sharp teeth here and there inside swollen pink gums.

There was also a video where she had pea green paint on her famous face.

Heidi Klum recently posted a photo of a plaster cast of her back and rear, playfully captioning it ‘Feeling cheeky.’ She also credited Mike Marino, a prosthetic makeup artist who is helping her create her Halloween costume.

The actor subtly revealed a clue earlier this month by posting photos of a facial prosthetic being created for a role.

She posted a message to her followers saying ‘This is just the beginning,’ and included Halloween emojis like a ghost and pumpkin.

The model was seen in New York City on Thursday wearing a short, shiny black leather dress, paired with edgy boots and fishnet stockings.

The model waved to fans from the top of the Empire State Building while wearing sunglasses – the Rosie style from Otra Eyewear, which you can purchase online for $70.

Heidi Klum has been sharing photos of her iconic Halloween costumes from years past as she gets ready for her annual Halloween party next week on October 31st.

The Vogue model started throwing her yearly parties, famous for attracting many top celebrities, back in 2000.

I’m a huge fan, and one thing I really love about her is how amazing her costumes always are! She doesn’t hold back at all – she’s gone all-out as everyone from Lady Godiva to a seriously creepy cadaver, and even iconic characters like Jessica Rabbit and Fiona from Shrek. It’s always a showstopper!

Last year, she and her husband, Tom Kaulitz, turned heads on the red carpet with a fun couples costume – they dressed up as characters from E.T.

Heidi Klum recently shared with People that this year’s Halloween costume will be surprisingly ‘ugly,’ and she likes to switch things up with a unique look each year.

I like to switch things up with my costumes, so they’re not always traditionally pretty. Last year, my husband and I went as E.T., which I thought was adorable. The year before, we built a huge peacock costume with a whole performance to go with it.

After creating a relatively simple project in 2022, she decided she wanted to tackle something more challenging next.

Having fifteen performers working together as part of the costume—so many people creating a single visual—felt like a fresh approach. I was aiming to create something original, and I hope I succeeded.

In an August interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Heidi Klum reminisced about her elaborate E.T. costume from the previous year’s Halloween.

She remembered how burdensome it felt to carry the head. ‘It really felt like the weight shifted from the back to the front,’ she explained.

Heidi Klum told Jimmy Fallon she was worried she’d injure herself, saying, ‘I thought my neck was gonna snap off.’ Fallon then asked about her Halloween costume, and Klum teased that it would be ‘extra ugly’ and ‘super scary,’ but she didn’t reveal any specifics.

Halloween is one of the most festive holidays for Hollywood as stars love a good costume.

This year, celebrities really shone with beautiful outfits that enhanced their natural features.

Alec and Hilaria Baldwin’s children were all adorably dressed as colorful Care Bears while out and about in New York City.

Paris Hilton channeled iconic singers from their younger days, dressing up as early versions of Madonna and Britney Spears. Meanwhile, Mariah Carey sported a pink wig while posing for photos with her twins, whom she shares with Nick Cannon.

Halsey stepped out wearing a pink crop top, underwear, and fishnet stockings, completing the look with gloves and fluffy snow boots.

Halloween is a holiday celebrated on October 31. This year the ghoulish day has fallen on Friday.

Halloween, originally called All Hallows’ Eve, is now a popular holiday celebrated with costumes, trick-or-treating, and pumpkin carving.
