Featured Pokémon: Quaxly

Throughout the duration of these events, you’re likely to encounter Quaxly more often in its natural habitat. Additionally, your chances of capturing a Shiny Quaxly for the very first time will be significantly higher.

During the Quaxly Pokémon GO Community Day, evolving a Quaxwell into Quaquaval will grant them the ability to perform Hydro Cannon, a powerful Water-type attack. If you’ve already got a Quaquaval, you can only obtain this move by using an Elite Technical Machine (TM).

After Community Day, Quaquaval will acquire the ability to perform the Charged Attack known as Aqua Step.

Shiny Quaxly, Shiny Quaxwell and Shiny Quaquaval

Here is the regular and shiny versions of the family of Pokémon featured this Community Day.

The chances of finding a Shiny Quaxly are approximately 4% during the Quaxly Pokémon GO Community Day.

Quaxly Pokémon GO 100% IV Hundo CP values and chart

The table provided displays the maximum Combat Power (CP) that a Quaxly can have at each level of development. In natural environments, Quaxly can evolve from Level 1 to Level 30. However, when it’s raining outside, they can reach levels ranging from 6 to 35. A Quaxly with the maximum CP represents a perfect 100% Individual Values (IV) Pokémon.

By using simpler language and breaking down complex terms like “Combat Power” and “Individual Values” into more familiar terms like “maximum CP value” and “perfect 100% IV Pokémon”, the original text can be made easier to understand for a wider audience.

Here are the CP values that will show you have a 100% IV Quaxly.

From Research Tasks/Field Research tasks, including the $2 Ticket, the Quaxly 100% IV is 415 CP.

Quaxly Community Day: Pokémon GO Tips and Tricks

During this Quaxly Community Day in Pokémon GO, you’ve got an excellent opportunity to obtain a Shiny version of a new Pokémon, should you not own one yet. Additionally, there’s a highly appealing triple Stardust bonus available.

As an enthusiast, I’m excited to share that during this event, maintaining a singular focus is key! It’s all about catching, catching, and more catching! This is your chance to amass a significant amount of Stardust over these three hours, and if you’ve got a Star Piece handy, it could multiply your catch yield!

As a passionate Pokémon trainer, I wouldn’t want to miss out on the chance to gather Field Research that offers encounters with the unique Quaxly with Special Backgrounds. Here are a couple of ways to do it:

1. Conquer a five-star Raid Battle and claim your prize!
2. Engage in Pokémon trading with fellow trainers.

Performing these tasks simultaneously not only saves you on Raid Passes but also maximizes your time efficiency, allowing you to conquer more gyms and catch more Pokémon!

For this particular event, there won’t be any Experience Point (XP) bonuses; instead, it’s all about collecting Stardust. Nonetheless, you’ll manage to gather some decent XP during the event as well.

Additionally, it’s beneficial to utilize any Water-type Pokémon that have reached Mega Evolution Level 3. This will increase the amount of candy and experience points earned from capturing Quaxly. Here are the Pokémon you can Mega Evolve for additional Candy, Candy XL, and XP when catching Quaxly:

Or, in a more conversational way:

Don’t forget to bring out your Water-type Pokémon that have reached Mega Evolution Level 3! They’ll help you earn more candy and experience points as you catch Quaxly. Here are some Pokémon you can Mega Evolve for extra goodies when catching Quaxly:

This version is a bit less formal but still easy to understand, making it suitable for casual conversations or friendly discussions.

  • Kyogre
  • Blastoise
  • Swampert
  • Slowbro
  • Gyarados

Don’t forget some other easy tips:

  • Don’t catch Pokémon before the event starts. These Pokémon can turn into Quaxly.
  • Spin as many Pokéstops as possible, to get event specific Field Research as well as extra resources.
  • Don’t activate Lures or Incense till the event starts to get the extra time.
  • Have fun!
